L amazon delaying order from past 4 days

This suppose to delivered by 16th but amazon delayed in delivery even when I asked customer care they said its due to package seal was broken they insisted me to take refund now the product price also hiked about 100rs need advice, also said oe else wait till it arrive

I ordered only through amazon because they're the only platform was which delivering fast at that time

Edit: complained to customer care they booked replacement product which will be delivered tomorrow

Bitrate drops to 0 within 2mins into the stream

So, the bitrate drops within a few seconds into the stream. My WiFi plan is 30 Mbps, checked through both Ethernet and wireless. I've made changes within my knowledge, including dynamic bitrate and IP, but it's still the same. When I test the speed of my internet, the upload speed is around 34 Mbps, but whenever I click on "start stream," the internet speed test shows 0.25 Mbps, and the bitrate in OBS shows 0-400 kbps. The stream lags, and I basically stream in 1440p. & i even tested the speed in my phone while pc showing upload around .25mbps my phone speed shows upload around 30mbps on same time

summary: bitrate drops to 0kbps within 2mins into stream same time pc upload speed of wifi shows 0.25mbps & in phone shows around 30mbps
