ISO Roommate for 9/1 in Williamsburg!

Looking for a new roommate to join my 12-month lease starting September 1 in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn! The apartment is on the first floor and has a private backyard.

- $2,100/month + security deposit of one month's rent

- Front-facing bedroom with 2 windows and plenty of natural light

- Heat + water included in rent

- Gas, electric & internet are about $150/month per person

- No laundry in the building/apartment

- No dishwasher

- Non-smokers only & no incense, etc. (my dog can't be around smoke due to a collapsed trachea)

- Dogs OK.

Hi! I'm Amanda, I'm 36. I work in marketing and events for a running company and have a hybrid schedule. When I'm home, I'm pretty low-key. I like watching TV, crafting, reading, running, and going to the gym. Brooklyn is my 16 year old pug and king of the apartment.

I always assumed that Westchester was some place faaaar far away… like Ross was willing to date someone from Poughkeepsie and they made a big deal about it.

So the way everyone cried or was upset with Westchester I always assumed it was further away — like 3-4 hours.

Turns out it’s just only an hour!
I travel that far to get to work everyday! 😂

They could’ve made the trip every other weekend really. 😁
