Met an old guy at a local range, mentioned I liked milsurp and work at a local shop. Said he'd bring in some German stuff a family member brought back. $400 later and I now own a WW2 heer officer's dagger and interesting Kommer 2 in 25 acp. Story goes the family member cut the pistol off an officer's belt along with the dagger so he had to restitch the belt loop on the back.
WW2 shell with og chin strap and Vietnam era Firestone liner, US m40 gas mask, WW2 US Ames 1943 shovel. $115 for it all
1863 dated L.G.&Y. Made in Windsor VT. Good rifling, bore just needs to be cleaned. First musket in the collection.
Old pre 94 (when that existed) Hk imported Benelli m1 super 90 w/ 7 shot tube and a forearm flashlight from a little known company called laser products corp, who went on to become surefire.
Local lot of items I picked up yesterday for $100. I can't seem to find out what these boots are at all. No picture matches anywhere online, any ideas? Correct me if I'm wrong but the rest of the items are a WW2 front seam shell with Korean era liner, a bunch of WW2 era patches, a Korean USMC shirt, a Vietnam era shirt, Vietnam era USAF jacket, some 2nd Lt shoulder boards, and assorted ribbons.
This is my first flag and SS belt buckle. I'm assuming this was just a small personal pennant flag of some type? I got relatively good deals on everything and from my research it's all authentic. Other items include wood bullets on strippers, P08 and P38 magazines, holster, tools, and ammo. Anyone also recognize the small metal punch? Came with the luger tool but I haven't seen one before.
Numbers matching, trashed German occupation Cz 27 for $50 someone took some kind of wire wheel too. Figured it was worth it for the mag alone. Adding this to the long this of "I'll get to it eventually". This will either get turned into a display piece where I epoxy the grips and call it good. Or if I want practice I'll find the missing hammer spring, new grips, and reblue the gun.
