PowerShell for fully cloud based halo setups?

What do people use instead of PowerShell? Our setup is hybrid ad/entra but halo is fully cloud hosted so I'm led to believe we can't use PowerShell, what other options are there? We have an off boarding script we use that would be great to be able to include on leavers tickets and run from halo

Once upon a time I was plat - now I suck and I don't know why xD

Looking for tips on how to improve. I used to be plat a good few seasons ago and I felt my aim was decent, I could hit heads and had a good HS rate. I had a break and all the changes happened to make it more gun focussed and since then I suck so hard.

I'm perma gold and have now fallen to silver, even when I feel like I do well I still lose so I just don't know what to do to improve. I always just used to one trick sage and felt I could play her well and contribute to the team even if I was having a bad game frags wise but now I feel useless no matter what I play.

Any tips or advise on how to climb again. I appreciate plat isn't an achievement for many people but I was never an FPS player so was pleased with it

What did meds first feel like for you?

I've just started titration and I'm really not feeling any difference on the dose I'm on. I wondered what did meds feel like the first time you took them and what do they feel like now?

I've had no side effects bar maybe a dry mouth, but i'm not finding myself any more productive or anything like that. I know obviously I'm on a low dose and I hope moving up will change it but I just wondered how everyone else found it.

Setting up Jellyfin for family share

As someone fed up with paying for multiple streaming services I'm starting to set up Jellyfin. I've got it set up locally but I would like to be able to share it with my family and partner. I just wondered if anyone had recommendations on the best way to do this that ideally would allow them to stream on smart tvs or firestick.

I'm happy to pay for servers too so if anyone has recommendations for that too that would be good.

EDIT:
Thanks all for the reccs and help! I've gone the tailscale route for now and got my partner up and running. Will look at more in depth customisation once I can afford a NAS 😊 (praying for the ai burst 🛐)

Getting length back/stopping breakage

My hair used to grow right down to my chest/underbust. I could do the whole mermaid vibe hair covering my modesty yano 😅. I had a hair cut to get my shoulders because I was like it's hair it will grow back, only it never did. It now only grows to just below my shoulders/top of my chest and I'd like to try and remedy this.

I dye my hair and can see that the roots grow out well so it's not an issue with hair growth, which leads me to believe it's hair breakage. I also feel like a lot does come out when I brush it too.

I had these issues before I started dying my hair so I know it's not that and my hairdresser always says my hair feels in great condition. I blow dry it once a week and that's about it.

Are there any products that could help?

Neurodivergent polers - how do you manage your energy/drive?

I have been doing pole on and off for a loooong time now but never really progressed as much as I would like. I find often that I just don't have the spoons to do all the classes i want to/signed up to.

I've been taking classes with a different instructor at my studio and really enjoying it, shes a fab coach and so encouraging which has really helped so I've been going a lot more consistently recently and am seeing reasonable progress in my ability but I feel like I need to cross train to help too.

For context I'm AuDHD and hypermobile, I have great difficulty knowing how to engage my back/shoulders properly or how things should feel so I think that does limit me a lot sometimes and why I think I need to cross train and work on strengthening things.

I really want to be able to progress, feel more confident and be able to do some of the moves I find cool and have always wished I could do (ayesha, handspring) my problem is that I find it so hard to do anythign at home. I've brought multiple online courses for strengthening and conditioning but I just can't stick to any of them. My studio doesn't offer any classes in this area and I can't afford to do anything else like gym or different things.

How do Audhd folks who don't have this as their hyperfocus manage it?
