Remote work in healthcare

Hey so I am writing this post because I've been trying to find some remote work for myself for the past 6 months and hitting dead ends. Partly because it's all on my own and I don't have anyone to guide me or help me.

A little bit about me.

I am in my 20s. I am from Pakistan.

I am a registered doctor here with a licence and everything but right now I am looking for some remote work I can do from here.

I know this medical license doesn't translate internationally so I am okay with working jobs that aren't clinical. Part of the reason I am looking for work remotely is because of the currency difference and the abysmally poor rates here in my country as a doctor. You cannot survive on that.

Right now I am looking for anything a newbie like me can do. Like a medical transcriptionist or maybe a scribe? Or something that could suit me.

I tried looking on my own and applied a ton on indeed and linked in but never got any replies back or got to an interview.

Clinical roles need specific licences mostly which I don't know how i can get from here so it's okay without it.

As you can see I am fluent in english. I do have an accent but I can understand speak and write decently.

If any of you can help me out?

It will be a big help.

Do remote jobs for doctors in Pakistan still exist?

A while back it was all the hype and the pays were really good even if it was for a scribe or coder or transcriptionist.

Remote work did take off but where does one begin the search and what about the experience?

I have been looking on linked in,indeed, glassdoor , upwork for more than 6 months.

Even if you do find one what is a medical assistant certificate for the US.

No one ever replies and never even gotten a single interview.

I was just wondering if the market has gotten saturated or you just need some tools that maybe I don't have ?

Also. Where does one even begin to learn that when most of our hospitals run on paper.

What use is an MBBS degree when hospitals earning millions here offer 60-80k for back-breaking work.

Honestly kindda getting depressed about this now......
