iPhone repair
How lucrative is the iPhone repair business in 2026-2027??
I’m thinking about being more of a mobile repair business rather than a traditional Brick and Mortar store repair.
Any drawbacks? To this idea?

I have VTI,VXUS, SPMO in my brokerage , and I just invest into VOO only for my Roth IRA. I really want growth in both without me having to constantly think about whether or not I’m investing wrongly.
At what point would it make sense to buy dividends etfs ?? Currently 28 years old
Why are most of the IT jobs based in India?? Utilizing the tuition reimbursement and today I was looking at some positions and all of them are in India. And if they aren’t they senior roles that need so much experience.
I have an opportunity to land a bdr role for a tech company 45-55k base ote is 90-100k.
Pros- Met the business development leader which he even gave me the alley oop to use him as a reference. Learning sales could help me with my own business I’m trying to create. Working from home saves me the 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minute commute. Expenses are low only 1500 a month at the moment till may 30th 2027.
Cons- lose the guaranteed hourly income (just show up, and trade time for money kind of situation). My experience in sales very limited / shit even in the office setting. Losing big money that has been sustaining me for 3 years now.
Can anyone give me insight on what these types of roles are usually like.
And I have to book 25 qualified leads a month! 😭 idk if that’s a lot or not. That’s nearly 1 everyday
I asked my girlfriend out to a slam poetry night — something like “do you want to go to a slam poetry night this Thursday?” She got excited and said yes.
Then she asked me to ask her again, but this time using her script: “Hey babe, I’m taking you out to slam poetry this Thursday.” I told her no — the way I asked the first time was genuine, that’s just how I talk, and I wasn’t going to repeat a line back to her. She gave me the silent treatment until I eventually caved and asked her the way she wanted. Yeah, I know, I folded.
A couple days later it was still bugging me, so I brought it up over dinner. Her explanation was that she didn’t want us to get too comfortable and stop “dating” each other. I get the sentiment. But I pointed out that when I actually think about the last time she planned something or initiated dating me, I can’t come up with anything besides Valentine’s Day. So her asking me to keep “dating” her wasn’t really a two-way ask — it was her asking me to keep doing the work.
I told her I’m not going to keep chasing her, because that gets draining fast and there’s no self-respect in a dynamic like that. For context: I paid for a trip to Boston last month, and we’ve got Puerto Rico planned for November — again, mostly funded and planned by me.
She’s a genuinely sweet woman, but I’m starting to feel like her view of “being a partner” is that the man just handles everything — plans, pays, initiates — while she gets to opt in or out of participating. It’s 2026, that dynamic feels pretty one-sided to me.
Did I handle this right, or am I missing something here?
I currently work for FedEx express and in the past I’ve seen UPS post Seasonal package delivery jobs and “PERMANENT” package delivery jobs. I just applied for the second option and I have a road test next Tuesday but I’m kind of on the fence if the position is actually a driving job indefinitely. I don’t want to make the switch then they get my ass in the ward house slaving away. I checked the description of the application and nothing was stated that it was a seasonal position.
So should I stay put ? Or pursue the opportunity??
Hey everyone, hoping someone has run into this before.
I’m running Yodeck on a Raspberry Pi 4 2GB and I’m having an issue with the Team Celebrations app not displaying when it’s inside a playlist together with the Custom Feed app.
When I run the Team Celebrations app on its own it works perfectly and displays the celebration I have set for today. But the moment I add it into a playlist alongside the Custom Feed app it never shows up — it just gets skipped completely even though there is an active celebration for today’s date.
I’ve already tried:
**•** Verified the date format is correct in the CSV
**•** Pushed content to the screen multiple times
**•** Rebooted the player
**•** The celebration entry is definitely set for today
The only workaround I found is using a Layout with both apps in separate zones — that works fine. But I’d prefer to have them running in a playlist together if possible.
Is this a known limitation with the Raspberry Pi 4 2GB? Would upgrading to 4GB RAM help or is this a Yodeck software issue? Any suggestions appreciated.
In School for IT I’ll be getting the Comptia trifecta as part of my coursework.
Trying to land a soc analyst role after college no professional experience. Are these labs going to give me a good starting point? I’ve already done labs 1-4 so far and documented them on my GitHub. I also use tryhackme as another source to learn from.

I currently work for FedEx express, and I was wondering if applying and working for UPS seasonal driver position is my best bet to landing a gig?
Huge risk for a unknown reward
Planning my first Hawaii trip — need advice 🙏
I’m trying to plan a 6-day trip to Hawaii on more of a reasonable budget and had a few questions for people who’ve been before:
Trying to balance beaches, good food, exploring, and not completely destroying my wallet 😂
I recently started a TV mounting business and I’m trying to figure out the best ways to consistently get more clients. Right now I offer TV mounting, wire concealment, soundbar installs, and I’m planning to expand into home theater and smart home installs later on.
For people who’ve grown service businesses locally:
- What marketing avenues worked best for you?
- Are Google Ads worth it for this type of business?
- Did Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Thumbtack, Yelp, or Angi actually bring quality leads?
- How important were TikTok/Instagram videos for getting customers?
- Any advice for getting repeat referrals from apartments, realtors, or property managers?
- What would you focus on first if you were starting over with a small budget?
I’m located in Denver if that helps for local-market advice.
Appreciate any insight from people who’ve done this before.
After having sex, my girlfriend said, “I know you wish we could have sex more often, but I like the wait in between sex.” She then added, “You should feel lucky getting sex once a week because some guys only get it once a month.”
I understand her preference for spacing things out, but that comment didn’t sit right with me. When I brought it up later, she told me, “I didn’t mean it in a condescending way.”
Even so, it left me feeling like intimacy might be seen more as something to manage rather than something we both genuinely want. I’m trying to understand how that comment could have been meant differently and whether I might be interpreting it too strongly. I also want to figure out how to approach this conversation in a clear and respectful way.
Am I tripping?
