Sorry for the shaky camera work I was in a pretty awkward position to capture this leaning over the table. But this is a Cephalotus UC Davis doing what it does best.

I love how they look when they first open… that green is electric! 3 more pitcher on this plant on their way as well!

Some spots dried out but there’s green growth underneath. Can I snip the dry or bleached ends off?

Cephalotus… this one’s a typical but who doesn’t love a typical, right?

Was cruising through Little Carnivores site. Was putting plants in my cart so I could save for later and look through what I wanted to buy. A text came through and picked up my phone and inadvertently tapped “Buy Now” cause their page was open by accident. Emailed them telling them this was an accident. Twice. No response. Emailed them again: no response. A day later got an email that my plants were on the way. Apparently they can respond to emails telling them an order came through but not to a customer. If you own an online business RESPOND TO YOUR FUCKING EMAILS. So I guess these are on their way. If you’re gonna accidentally order plants I guess these are very good. I’ve bought plants from them before with zero communication from them. The plants are good but the communication is absolutely zero. So: if you’re gonna order from them understand that you will get zero communication. The plants: 10/10. The communication: 0/10.

I let Bob handle everything else. 103 in Los Angeles today. If they live they live… it’s they die… they die… they’ve been outside since December… so far so good.

Start blasting em with might once they start spitting out mature pitchers and you’ll get some fantastic coloration.

Hey there’s a flytrap growing in my droseras!

Traps are about 2”. There’s growth has been super mega vigorous. I love this clone. It’s been putting on a lot of size lately.
