New to Catherine — should I refund it if I already find the climbing stressful?

I picked up Catherine Classic because I'd heard a lot of hype about it, but I'm completely new to this kind of puzzle game.

I'm really into the story, Stray Sheep, the characters, texts, and the whole dream mystery. But the climbing is a different story. I forget techniques, get stuck sometimes, and on Night 2 I died 3 times during the chase and got pretty stressed.

I know the climbing is a major part of the game and probably isn't going to suddenly become easy.

So should I refund it while I still can, or is the story worth sticking with even if I never really enjoy the climbing?

No spoilers please.

Should I buy GTA V Enhanced & RDR2 right now, or wait?

Hey guys, need some quick advice.

Both GTA V Enhanced and RDR2 are currently on sale on Steam. I checked SteamDB and noticed GTA V has gone lower during previous sales. Should I grab them now, or wait for a future major sale to see if they drop further?

I also have a few doubts:

1. Is it worth buying them now if I won't be playing them immediately?
I probably won't get around to playing them for quite a while. Would you recommend buying them during a sale and keeping them in my library, or just waiting until I'm actually ready to play them?

2. GTA V Enhanced / new buyers
I've seen that older GTA V owners received the Enhanced version, while new buyers have to purchase the current version separately. Are there any meaningful benefits/perks for someone buying GTA V Enhanced now, or am I basically paying more for something existing owners already received?

3. GTA 6 and GTA Online
With GTA 6 coming to PC eventually, do you think Rockstar will eventually reduce support for GTA 5 Online? If GTA 5 Online starts declining after GTA 6 releases, could GTA V become significantly cheaper during future sales?

So overall, would you buy both now, buy only one, or wait for a bigger sale?
I'm mainly looking for opinions on whether these are good purchases at the current sale price or whether I should be patient.

Should I refund Hitman: Absolution, or am I just playing it wrong?

I'm still within the Steam refund window and can't decide what to do.

I finished the tutorial and I'm currently on Chinatown. I'm playing on Easy, but I keep getting spotted, reloading checkpoints, and trying different approaches. It feels like every small mistake snowballs into getting caught, so I've restarted the mission quite a few times already.

I looked around Reddit and Steam discussions before posting this, and I saw a lot of people say Absolution "clicks" more for players who are new to the Hitman series, while Blood Money players often struggle because they expect it to play similarly. Blood Money is the only other Hitman I've played, so maybe that's my problem.

The thing is, I don't actually dislike the game. I really like the atmosphere, the animations, and when a plan works it's genuinely satisfying. But right now I'm spending more time learning routes and reloading checkpoints than actually making progress.

Did anyone else struggle with Absolution at first? Did it eventually click after a few missions, or did your first impression end up being the right one? If you were in my position, would you keep playing or take the refund?

What do you actually do in singleplayer? Looking for story/objective maps

Hey guys, I could use some recommendations. I got Gmod because of the hype, but I'm kind of struggling to find the fun right now.

I tried multiplayer first, but honestly, I had no idea what the controls were or what was even going on in the servers, so I bailed pretty quick.

Since then, I've just been messing around in singleplayer. I downloaded Lambda Players Reborn and some DRGBase mods (like Poppy Playtime), which was cool for a bit. But just spawning things in sandbox with no real goal gets boring to me so fast.

I usually play story-driven games or stuff with actual objectives (huge fan of games like RDR1, GTA IV, etc.). Are there good adventure maps, custom campaigns, or puzzle maps I should look into?

What are your go-to maps or mods when you want to play solo but actually have a goal? Any help is appreciated!

Seeking a new home with "AI Captions" for Dubs?

The killer feature for me was the AI Captions for Dubbed anime. It was perfect for when I wanted to watch dubs but still have text for clarity

Does anyone know another site that has integrated AI captioning or at least a very clean, ad-free UI like Animekai had?

Any suggestions for sites or even browser extensions that do this well would be appreciated!

Just finished setting up IoT Enterprise LTSC. I used the Chris Titus utility and ShutUp10++ to disable telemetry and remove junk. The performance is really good now. It feels fast on my computer. Does not use too many resources. IoT Enterprise LTSC is supported until 2032, which's great
