My secret lair (stardew valley) arrived open and empty, save for a single cardboard spacer.

I'm in Canada, so I know that customs opens and goes through packages... I'm just curious if this has happened to anybody else before. I spent ~200 CAD on my GF and I, which is a lot of money for me so I'm quite upset. Have been looking forward to opening this up for a few weeks now, so coming home to find the bubble mailer open and empty was disapointing to say the least.

I've already opened a ticket with wizards, but I'm not sure if there's some other action I should be taking? It looks like wizards' support can takes weeks to respond based on other posts around here and as the receiver of the package I cannot open a claim with Canada Post.

I know this place isn’t typically where you go for tech support but I’m unfortunately quite desperate since windows booting is rather important.

I have been putting off upgrading to windows 11 for a very long time and decided I’d finally give it a go today, which requires enabling secure boot.

I went into BIOS (B550 Aorus Elite AX V2, bios version F15) and disabled CSM before enabling secure boot. That put me into a loop of just booting into BIOS over and over, so I thought “okay, I will just enable CSM again, and then I can make sure all my SSDs are actually partitioned correctly”

Unfortunately, disabling secure boot and reenabling CSM gets me *past* the “aorus splash screen” but then windows never launches.

I have absolutely no idea what I’ve done since I’ve only touched the two buttons in bios and the computer was working perfectly beforehand while using CSM to boot.
