Anybody else got this deadly combination? Only feels like i ever sleep when I’m having a nap. Average about 3 hours a day 🥱😢

I am interested in using these patches that are now available. However I am also on medication for high blood pressure (amlodipine). Should I avoid these patches or am I worrying too much (as usual)?!

I’m 42, 5 foot 4, 12 stone 11, male.

Unexpected pleasant surprise…

I am not the most technical, as you may soon tell. I have DJed using this app and the iPad for a good number of years now and I have always had the iPad at full volume going through any speakers that I have used. I have recently read that I shouldn’t be doing that and it should be around 50-70%. Is this correct? I’ve never noticed any issues when my iPad is turned up all the way…

Obviously I don’t mean good points of the condition! Just out of curiosity has anybody received any benefits due to suffering from sleep apnoea? For example I have been able to acquire a free bus pass due to me not being able to drive and am potentially looking to receive some benefits because I only work four days a week due to fatigue and I may be entitled to a monthly benefit because of this.

Just thought this could be useful information for some sufferers here who may not realise what may be available.
