What happened at Westside Animal Clinic?

Went to pick up my cat’s medicine and there was like 100 cop cars blocking it and what looked like reporters. Looks like kitty’s gonna have to wait for her medication. Does anyone know what happened or when they will be accessible again? They aren’t answering the phone.

Cancelled Transfer

I just got off a consult appointment expecting to schedule my FET with my only remaining healthy embryo (I’m 39) and found out because of a recent find of a growth on my thyroid that I only found out was there from a random accident, he won’t allow me to go through with the transfer. He is insisting I wait until I get biopsy results first which have enormous wait times where I am.

I feel like I should have a say, but I don’t. I already had one failed transfer and my husband is 45 and I just can’t wait any longer! My father also died a couple weeks ago and he was 44 when I was born. I was actually supposed to have a fresh transfer but decided to freeze and do pgta so I could be with my mom for a while who lives far from me.

I just hate absolutely everything right now. I don’t know what to do but cry and scream and wish I had tried to get pregnant younger. This is all so unfair

Vegan Al Pastor Tacos made with Lions Mane Mushrooms

My husband and I experimented with lions mane mushrooms and put them in a pastor marinade. I think they came out pretty good. Served with homemade tortillas and grilled nopal and avocado salad.

6 month wait for Endocrinologist consult for 3 TI-RADS Category 4/5 Nodules

Seeking advice,

I recently had a CT scan for an unrelated issue where they found several abnormal nodules on my thyroid. Two of them were rated TI-RADS category 5 and one rated TI-RADS category 4. My doctor suggested a consult with an Endocrinologist they were recommended for biopsy.

The soonest appointment I could secure with an in network Endocrinologist isn't until December, just for the 15 min consult. Does that seem way too long to wait? What could be my other options? Any advice?

I'm a 39 year old woman in Massachusetts if that makes any difference. I'm also currently going through IVF if that makes a difference as well. I'm feeling nervous and overwhelmed.

Thanks for any advice!
