Is it still safe to use a VPN to a banned country?

I know the main reason why Torrenters use VPNs is because in most first world countries Torrenting is illegal and/or fineable, so am I still safe if my VPN is connected to one of these countries? namely U.S. and Germany, I’m just curious

I am SICK and TIRED of hearing this shit, you people need to think before you speak, do you all think that anyone who is Jewish, speaks Hebrew, or lives in Israel supports the genocide in Palestine? Learning torrenter here, I’m trying to torrent something for archival purposes but there aren’t any seeds, checking InfoTorrent it’s completely dead, no peers or seeds, is it still possible to download the contents?

Kings of Suburbia Demo Tape - Lost Media

On the Kings of Suburbia Boxset there’s a Cassette tape marked “Devilish” which includes some of the band’s earliest demos according to the details on the Discogs and Wikipedia pages, there’s no documentation of this demo tape online, however

Does anyone have the KOF boxset? If so, can you rip the contents of the demo tape and comment/dm me the files? As I mentioned in the title this is Lost Media and by doing it you would be doing a great deed for the community.
