This CEO Just Shoved $700,000 More of His Own Chips Into his Own Stock

Alex Wylie and other insiders raised over 2 Million dollars in latest PP.

When it comes to this numbers it's not about sending a message but a real confidence on what LIB is about to be.

LIB raised the capital required to enter a proper debt financing, with this capital they are gonna execute a high margin, fast to deploy business model that will make LIB the second US domestic producer.

That next phase is major, according to DCF's based on LIB numbers from the field we are talking Billions as we continue to execute our business plan.

For the market to value a company like that they have to see the funds, and now as we raised them I guess many insiders see it that way as well.

$LIB STATUS: BULLISH

$VLTLF $LIB.v

As we closed the Private Placement LIB is now at a position where we have De-risked on a technical level and on the operational level.

We got the off take, we got the site and we now got the cash. Revenue and more operations are now a matter of time.

So lets dive to where we really at:

  • Partnership with Select, supporting at least 4k tpa operations by 2027 end, probably 2-3k fully operational. (At least)
  • First off take Agreement for an industrial US customer, proving our product is good
  • Met lab spec for battery grade, OEM specs, defense specs etc..
  • Private Placement closed, we now have cash to begin operations and back debt financing as we now secured 40% of Freedom 1 Capex
  • MOU with Packet Digital as to partnership with Wellspringhudro for ND operations

What can we expect now, thats where it get sweet..

  • Debt financing, proving for big institutions we have the capital to pull our operations
  • Freedom 1 site, our first commercial site is going to provide Revenue, a high margin revenue begining Q127
  • Freedom 2,3,4 Developments
  • At LIB latest investor presentation they are declaring, 5+ off takes under negotiations so we can expect more off takes
  • Also stating 5+ midstreamers under negotiations- more partnerships underway
  • Packetdigital are still on the table and mark our ability to provide battery-grade
  • Option for DOE/DOD grants as it seems they have growing interest into DLE
  • Commisioned Gen-6 unit to provide samples for future OEM's from our first site
  • We know our operation is really economic as Opex is 6,200$ and market price is 20k+, once we close the debt financing, if thats the way, the DCF's will get true meaning applied to the share price

What makes it all really bullish is the surroundongs

  • Growing demand for Domestic Lithium, for defense application, National storage, Data centers and Automtives looking to secure domestic supply chain.
  • No one has progressed that much where it comes to this low ppm concentrations in oilfield brine, making us a really preferable option for all midstreamers in the Permian Basin.
  • Almost No domestic commercial operations, huge projects supported by automotives OEM's dont deliver on time and the need for domestic supply becomes urgent for some operations making us very attractive
  • As demand grows prices are volitale, being depandent on one operation is a big risk for big customers. Not only pushing them towards domestic supply chains, the fact it is based by sevral operations instead of one lowering the risk of supply bottlenecks

We now have deal, cash and soon commercial operations, looking forward to see how we roll.

Not a financial advice.

From Thesis to DCF

All of us here for more then 2 days has been investing based on a thesis.

A strong thesis of a company dreaming on an innovative approach to produce LCE. With Low Capex and a multiple modular approach LIB has been aiming to produce Lithium Carbonate commercially in the USA.

As this venture became production we gain trust and the fundamentals becamse stronger driving up the share price over the last year. Yet at this stages were we formed a strong share price base we became long term holders and as any pennystock the share price is set by really low capital of daytraders.

As our thesis became reality DCF and analyst coverage will graduatly set the tonne. Making Cash flow and forecast more realistic as there are numbers to evaluate- real one's, tinelines, off takes, Partnerships all will enter to the valueation as we move towards revenue and more market approval.

You can count on one hand how many LCE producers has successfully did it on US Soil. LIB set the target very high, entering this short list of producers before anyone on the headlines driving that road and did it! That thesis becoming reality is a major one, and as the long term play will be taken into account there is no really a limit here. Welcome to share DCF and analyst coverage I went over some of them and it is clear our share price is up for correction.

Disclaimer: Thats my opinion, not a financial advice DYOR

LibertyStream Enters Definitive Lithium Carbonate Offtake Agreement with U.S. Industrial Customer $LIB.v $VLTLF

We did it!

Libertystream first Off-take agreement,

Our final validation, LIB is bringing new tech to the table.
LIB approach dont requires years to set up, bilions of Capex and another years of Ramp up.

LIB are building modular units that are cheap, fast to deploy and Economic from day 1.
All was known but now we got the Last Validation

  • Company statement
  • 3rd party lab spec compliant
  • Supply Agreement Approving LIB tech
  • Customer Validation

LIB aproach is basicly a fairy tale of:

  • ROIC < 2 Years
  • Extreme Low Capex
  • Low Opex
  • Monthes to deploy
  • Economic from day 1

All was left is that final validation, as LIB already approved 5+ Off takers are lining up, and 5+ supply agreements lining up, All makes sense as that innovative approach being proven on field.

This numbers Are from Field commercial operation

As hard as it is to believe, this table was built using actual data compiled after completing construction of LIB.v's first commercial unit, which extracts lithium from oilfield brine.

These are not laboratory assumptions—this is their independent unit business model, adjusted for real-world operations.

Having followed this incredible company for a while now, I can say that LIB is an execution monster. They set up modular units like this within months!

  • First Off-Take Agreement: Just closed (TBA).
  • Pipeline: Over 5 customer agreements and over 5 supply agreements currently under negotiation.
  • Expansion: Already approved to have at least 3 additional units operational by H2-2027

These margins, combined with construction and ramp-up timelines measured in months, are unheard of in our sector. LIB's innovative approach, which requires zero traditional infrastructure and relies entirely on light, modular units, is completely breaking all the rules.

The Lithium Rollercoaster & The American Answer

Introduction

Domestic lithium production is a critical national interest. As the foundational component in energy storage, lithium powers everything from electric vehicles (EVs) and drones to AI infrastructure and battery grids. While domestic production is heavily backed by government grants, almost all the major industry players are facing severe project delays and massive capital expenditures.

Libertystream Infrastructure Partners (LIB) is the exception.

The Libertystream Edge

Libertystream has unlocked a way to extract lithium from existing infrastructure in Texas. This approach means no traditional mines, no seismic disruption, no new wells, and zero major field operations.

Instead, they utilize recycled wastewater at select sites, extracting lithium at a rate of 28 parts per million (ppm). In the Permian Basin alone, the oil and gas wastewater industry holds a potential yield of 200,000 tons of lithium per year.

The Modular Process

LIB’s operations are built around modular units connected directly to wastewater hubs.

  • Rapid Deployment: They can set up a modular unit within just two months.
  • Capacity: Each unit is capable of producing 1,000 tons of lithium per year.
  • Economics: Using their Generation 6 (Gen 6) units, they have kept operational expenditure (OpEx) remarkably low. Capital expenditure (CapEx) sits at around $30 million per unit.

To put these numbers into perspective: the spot price of lithium is roughly $30,000 per ton (and domestic lithium should command a premium for long-term contracts). LIB previously stated a sub-$4,000 per ton OpEx. While using treated, recycled water should lower that baseline even further, they pay royalties to Select Water Solutions and future partners, which will likely keep their net OpEx around that same highly profitable $4,000 mark.

First Operations & Key Partnerships

Select Water Solutions

Libertystream is now producing battery-grade lithium at a commercial scale. Their first supply agreement for brine with Select Water Solutions is already approved, targeting a minimum output of 4,000 tons by mid-2027. Securing formal off-take agreements for these products will be the company's next major catalyst. The first 1,000-ton unit is scheduled to be fully operational by the end of this year and is already shipping product samples to potential customers.

  • LIB just announced it's first Off-take Agreement TBA in the next 30 days

The Permian Basin Opportunity

While the Permian Basin holds a massive 200,000 tons per year of potential lithium, the core challenge is the low concentration mentioned earlier. As far as we know, no other major company is actively targeting this wastewater for lithium production.

Before pointing to other Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) projects, it is vital to note a key difference: most DLE companies aim to drill new wells in high-concentration areas. This makes their processes longer, riskier, and far more expensive. Meanwhile, major midstream operators like Select Water Solutions have already pumped and sorted 20 million barrels of brine. LIB offers these midstreamers an incredible, risk-free opportunity to unlock an entirely new revenue stream, and we will likely see many more of these partnerships form.

  • 5+ more Supply partnerships are under negotiations
  • 5+ more off-takers are under negotiations

^(Source: LIB Investor presentation June 2026)

De-Risking the Investment

Libertystream has successfully cleared its major hurdles. In this industry, the highest-risk phase is moving from the lab to the field, followed by the grueling process of ramping up production while maintaining product consistency.

Because LIB relies on pre-engineered, modular units, they have already scaled efficiently. They received third-party lab approval for their battery-grade lithium in January. Since then, potential customers have been receiving product samples for their own internal analysis ahead of signing formal off-take agreements. The final step to fully de-risk the thesis is a binding off-take agreement-a customer willing to trust LIB’s operations for their commercial supply chain.

North Dakota Expansion

LIB is also expanding into North Dakota, securing grants for a venture with another midstream operator, Wellspring-Hydro. Together, they aim to supply battery-grade lithium to Packet Digital-a private company holding military contracts to build domestically sourced battery cells for drones. LIB already has a of MOU in place with Packet Digital, which is a key development to watch.

Conclusion: "This is gonna change America"

As the company continues to execute on its operational goals, secure off-take agreements, and gain market visibility, its achievements will inevitably translate to the share price. Right now, it is still incredibly early to get into this story but in my opinion, it won't stay a secret for long.

LibertyStream Announces Lithium Carbonate Offtake Milestone with U.S. Industrial Customer and Provides Operations Update

LIB are doing it AGAIN

Reaching a multi-year offtake agreement for domestic supply by EOY 2026 is a milestone that many have dreamed of and very few achieved.

WHAT IT MEANS

Here is the corrected version with fixed spelling and syntax, keeping your exact phrasing and structure:

LIB are bringing new tech to the table, one that needed this kind of authentication; this agreement proves the quality of their product is viable. It proves a low CapEx, low OpEx operation such as this can be set within months. BIG investors need that kind of proof before putting their funds into this new, innovative tech.

Currently, there are 3-4 domestic lithium projects in the United States. So many have tried to enter this circle this early but faced reality; LIB is proving new non-infrastructure tech and proving it on a commercial scale. Since they are multiplying those units, those are their commercial scale which now have gained complete customer trust!

Growth

Now, with LIB having secured a long-term, high-margin revenue stream, they can get financing to multiply these modular units. They are in huge demand and with really low CapEx can set up an operational unit within months!

By the end of the year when this new offtake will fulfill itself, Libertystream will be among a handful of companies that produce LCE domestically.

This is just the beginning and almost no one has heard of them, so we are lucky to be here this early!

On their presentation they announced 5 more supply agreements and 5 more customers represeanting 10k tpa demand are in negotiations!

that is incredible.

Lithium From Recycled water LIB VLTLF

Introduction

Domestic Lithium production is a national interest, Lithium is a key component in energy storage. Supporting EV, Drones, AI infrastructure, battery grids etc

Domestic Production is backed by grants, yet all the big players having major delays and massive dillutions but not this one.

Libertystream Infrastructure Partners

They found a way to produce lithium from existing infrastructure in TEXAS.
That means No Mines, No Seismic harm, No wells or any major field operation.
They use recycled water at Select site and extract lithium at a rate of 28 Parts per million.
the permian basin there are potentially 200k tons per year at the oil and gas waste water industry.

The Process

LIB operation is built out of modular units connected to waste water hubs treating water for further use instead of pumping them to the ground.
They set a modular unit within two monthes that is capble of producing 1000 tons per year, using their Gen 6 unit they made Opex per ton very low, as for the Capex is around 30M per unit.

Just to emphasize that, spot price is 30k per ton, (Siding the fact that domestic should be premium for long contracts). In the past they stated sub 4k per ton Opex, yet using recycled treated water should lower that price, instead they pay royalties to Select Water and future partners which should keep them at the same Opex ( we still dont know for sure.

First Operation

Libertystream are now producing battery grade lithium at a commercial scale.

Select Water Solutions

LIB first supply agreement for brine is already approved min 4k tons output by mid 2027, Off takes for the products are the next catalystץ

The first 1000 ton unit shoukd be operational by EOY and already shipping product to possible customers

Permian Basin

In the Permian Basin there are possibly 200k tons per year, the issue its a very low concentration as stated before and no other company is aiming to use this wastewater for Li production as far as I know.

Before you all yell other DLE projects, most DLE projects are aiming to build wells at high concentration areas, which make is longer, more expensive and most important there are already 20 million barrels of brine already pumped out and sorted by major midstreamers such as Select.
LIB are a great option for those Midstreamers to increase their Income without risk and we will probably see more of it.

De-Risk

LIB are very much de-risked, the major risk of going from lab to the field and than scaling is keep the same end product, remping up is probably the hardset step at this industry.

Since LIB operation is set on modular units they already scaled up and got approval for battery grade Lithium from a third party lab in january, Sice than customers are reciving their product for own analysis before an off-take agreement.

The last step will be an off-take. A customer willing to trust their operation for his own use.

North Dekota

LIB are also operating in North Dekota reciving grants for their Venture with another Midstreamer Wellspring-Hydro, both aim to supply battery grade Lithium to Packet Digital, a private company with military contracts for domestic sourced battery cells for drones.

LIB have an MOU with Packet digital and we shall keep follow.

"This is gonna change America"

Once the company continue to execute with an off-take nad gain more popularity it will soon translate to Share Price, at the moment it is still very early but not for long in my opinion.

Domestic Li A National Interset and a multibagger

Domestic Lithium production is a national interest.

Lithium is a key component in energy storage.

Supporting EV, Drones, AI infrastructure, battery grids etc..

Its a national interest backed by grants, yet all the big players having major delays and massive dillutions but not this one.

They found a way to produce lithium from existing infrastructure in TEXAS.

Libertystream are now producing battery grade lithium at a commercial scale.

Reading about their process makes it clear there is no need for a complex ramp up, they already delivered the first ton and should grow exponantialy once first site becomes active by EOY.

They already approved min extra 3k tpa output by mid 2027 totaling 4k, just from the Select brine supply agreement.

In the Permian basin they have an opportunity to reach 200k tpa. (LCE prices are above 25k)

They have MOU with Packet Digital, they are building battery cells for drones for the U.S Army. Reciving over 50M in grants including venture with LIB.

"This is gonna change America"

Today SP in my opinion is a very cheap entery for a under the radar company with huge catalysts ahead including near term off takes, uplisting, supply agreements, first revenue etc..

Libertystream Introduction Post - Changing the mining rules

Introduction

In the following post, I will introduce you to a company that is changing the game of Lithium Extraction. I will not go too deep; instead, I will keep it simple and add links for further due diligence (DD).

LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners is a Lithium Extraction Company.
Lithium is traditionally achieved by hard-rock mining or evaporation pools.
More recent approaches include DLE-Direct Lithium Extraction.
Instead of waiting months-to-years for evaporation, they simply extract it using different methods.

Yet all of those methods include: permitting, expensive infrastructure, seismicity, and most importantly, years of work and capital.

Changing the Game

LibertyStream's approach is different and does not include any of the above. LIB simply enters an oil & gas wastewater facility and connects to their existing infrastructure.
In the Permian Basin, there are over 20 million barrels of wastewater being handled through existing, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure EVERY DAY.
That represents an opportunity of 200,000 tons per year of LCE (Lithium Carbonate Equivalent).
The current spot price for Lithium Carbonate is ~$30,000 per ton.

https://preview.redd.it/qov4d0rg1q1h1.png?width=1177&format=png&auto=webp&s=897fdd69d83ce3b56497e103592ce97e35eed68d

LIB designed a modular unit that can handle the ultra-small lithium concentration in this wastewater, engineering it so that it can easily fit into different sites.
How easily?
Just look at their actual timeline!

  • Feb-9: LIB enters into a supply agreement with Select Water Solutions
  • Mar-1: LIB assesses the first select site
  • Apr-9: Announced Lithium Carbonate Production

Alex Wylie LIB CEO at the new Select site

Economics

A modular unit of 1,000 tpa (tons per annum) utilizing Gen-6 technology has a CapEx of ~$30M, while the OpEx per ton has been declared in the past as sub-$4K per ton.
Yet, Select Water Solutions performing pre-treatment as part of their recycling process-which is approved by LIB-should make the process even cheaper.
That unit will support 1,000 tpa at a premium price due to being domestic and independent of foreign countries.

Possible Revenue at different spot prices, Current Spot price is ~30,000$

Real numbers should come shortly as LIB plans to make the first site commercial soon after the coming off-take.

Execution

A few years back, when the lithium shortage became clear due to EVs, power grids, and AI, many operations set targets to go commercial by 2026-2028.
Billion-dollar market cap companies still suffer major delays, as setting up a new lithium mine is a very complex operation.

LIB, on the other hand, is in a different league. Having the infrastructure set up and using modular units supporting smaller volumes (compared to mines) is huge.
LIB has proved themselves to beat their timelines, acting as execution monsters.
They have already received third-party lab specification compliance for battery & technical-grade lithium on a commercial scale.

That is a huge milestone for any lithium producer; achieving battery grade requires consistency and very high purity levels that can take years to reach.

From LIB Investor presentation

Operations

LIB are operating in the Permian Basin and the Bakken Basin.

  • Permian Basin
    • Partnered with Select Water Solutions.
    • Finished setting up the first commercial site.
    • First ton sale is set for June 2026, probably tailored to customer specs.
    • Announced at least another 3 sites by July 2027.
  • Bakken Basin
    • Partnered with Wellspring Hydro.
    • Signed an MOU with Packet Digital to support their new Badlands facility for drone batteries.
    • Packet Digital and LIB received grants from the state of North Dakota for their goal of domestically sourced batteries for the U.S. Army.

Strategy

At least 85% of the current world lithium goes through China. As prices are surging due to growing demand and the Jianxiawo Mine closing, the expected shortage is even bigger.

Lithium sets the foundation for the EV, drone, AI, and solar grid industries for energy storage, and it is expected to be in a shortage in the coming years.

Domestic production is a national interest for the United States, and therefore, Packet Digital was just awarded $50M to support locally supplied batteries for the army.
LIB is set to be a major domestic lithium producer since there is almost no domestic production today, with a potential in both basins of up to 250,000 tpa.
Their growth strategy is setting up the first four sites and growing exponentially in the following years, as there will be non-dilutive capital to support this growth.

From LIB Investor presentation

Catalysts

  • Off-take Agreements: The first ton sold will be part of a long-term off-take agreement expected by EOY.
  • Conferences: LIB is appearing in a series of major conferences, reaching possible new customers and probably institutional investors.
  • Institutional Investment: As the first ton is sold, it will become possible for many institutions to invest
  • Exchange Uplisting: Uplisting to the NASDAQ/NYSE has been stated as a goal for the end of 2026 or beginning of 2027.
  • North Dakota Expansion: The development of the future North Dakota facility.
  • New Permian Deals: Another supply agreement in the Permian, as LIB is one of the only go-to options in lithium extraction at these specific lithium concentrations.

Packet Digital

Packet digital announced it Navy contract as they have been awarded 9.8M following them moving to phase 3- moving to production.

Lets be clear we have an MOU with them not a contract.

But we get to be optimistic as they have not been linked with other Domestic Li suppliers besides us.

Packet Digital always aimed for domestic supply and with LIB and wellspringhydro has been granted for it.

What really caught me was:

“We worked to secure continued funding under this contract because it keeps that work moving forward in North Dakota, supports good-paying manufacturing jobs and helps ensure a secure supply chain while reducing our reliance on materials from adversaries"

LIB always stated Permian is their moto.

But getting this as well could be a great addon and a greater validation, hopefully will do.

IF not we are not short on huge catalysts in the Permian
