Need advice on keeping track of number of reps per set as I’m working out

I do workouts where I want the back and forth of a movement to be a specific amount of counts. The problem is I often lose track of what number rep I’m on. I’ve tried looking for apps but no luck. I like to work out to music and use the beat as counts for my movements but I lose track of how many reps I’ve done. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

Question for people who’ve been to Chippendales

I’ve been wanting to see Chippendales for a while and I have absolutely no problem with audience participation. Only question is: do they have conversations with audience members on stage?

I have a stutter and feel anxious regarding that. If they don’t converse with people on stage, I have no problem and would be delighted if they brought me up to participate.

Thanks in advance!

I have loose curly hair. How do you apply heat protectant to your hair without ruining your styling? Mine is kinda watery/creamy and has a concentrated mist so I have to apply and rake it in (though lots of heat protectants say to apply evenly and rake in).

Do you even need heat protectant for diffusing? Thanks in advance!

What is this flat root turned curly wonky ah thing?

I applied mousse in sections from the root (after leave in) and added mousse to the ends and added heat protectant after the mousse. I raked it all with my hands and scrunched. I then put a shower cap on and waited 20 minutes and then diffused. I diffused from all directions and angles including upside down.

I’m 26F, first time in Vegas in the summer and would love recs for gentlemen dancer shows (not in private establishments, but who perform in hotels and such). Thank you so much in advance!
