Polished them off by 3rd inning and tried for over 30 min. to get any waiters attention. None ever cleared our plates or came around to ask if we needed anything else. Damn sure he got zero tip from us

After a gout flare up and discovering I’m allergic to both common treatments seven months ago, I started “fibermaxxing” to lose weight and improve gut health.
Have found I’m remembering my dreams far more often and they are more vivid and varied than ever in the past. Coincides with a massive increase in fiber intake (daily oats, fruit/vegetable smoothies & almonds as snack.)

The 60s apartment complex around a little kidney shaped pool. - looked a lot like the one in Under the Silver Lake (Holiday Manor in Studio City) - is it the same location?

Thursday am on J line. Before bus even leaves el monte station a methed out loon starts screaming she wants to fight anyone that looks at her. There are two uniformed Metro ambassadors at the front who do nothing. Driver ignores the danger to all aboard and pulls onto freeway trapping everyone with Ms Methyl Merman.

Anyone driving on the 10 near Rosemead Blvd around 7:30 pm Tues night see this? A wheel on a 910/950 metro J line bus just flew off going 50 mph eastbound. Not sure how it didn’t kill someone. Driver pulled off freeway and parked on the shoulder. Made no announcement to passengers. Allowed people off the bus onto busy Rosemead off ramp to find their own way home.
