Pozdravljeni vsi.
Na kratko: sem certificirani inženir varjenja, odgovoren za pripravo varilne dokumentacije v skladu s standardi EN ISO v kovinarskem podjetju. Težave, s katerimi sem se srečaval, so bile:

Stranka zagotovi samo risbe v PDF formatu na katere bi lahko vrisal simbole varov, ali pa na risbah manjkajo označeni zvari.

Zamudna birokracija pri tem, kateri vari so kriti z WPQR v skladu z EN ISO 15614-1 in kateri varilec lahko izvede določen var v skladu z EN ISO 9606-1.

Priprava ustreznega WPS-a, ki je primeren za proizvodnjo in hkrati sledi standardu EN ISO 15609, ki je mimogrede povezan tudi z WPQR.

Zbiranje celotne dokumentacije (vari na risbi, WPQR certifikati, WPS postopki, varilci, certifikati podjetja ter NDT operaterji/rezultati) v eno celovito datoteko.

Zato sem ustvaril svojo spletno stran, ki ima vse te stvari združene na enem mestu in je brezplačna za uporabo. Stran se imenuje Prokon.si. Vesel bi bil vaših povratnih informacij ali opozoril na težave, s katerimi se srečujete sami, in bi vam z veseljem pomagal olajšati delo, če se soočate s podobnimi izzivi.

Hello all. So long story short. I’m certified welding engineer responsible for making welding documentation according EN ISO standards in a metal working factory. The problems i was facing were:
1: Client not providing DWG/DXF drawings to draw weld symbols on. Or lacking drawing symbols.
2: Tedious bureaucracy with which welds are covered with WPQR according to EN ISO 15614-1 and which welder can cover the specific weld according to EN ISO 9606-1.
3: Making a sufficient WPS that is both production worthy and follows the EN ISO 15609 standard which is by the way also connected to the WPQR.
4: Making the complete documentation(Welds on drawing,WPQR certs, WPS procedures, welders, company certs and ndt operaters/results into one cohesive file.

This is why i made my own website that has all those things incorporated into one and is free to use. The site is called Prokon.si and would love if you could give some feedback and maybe problems that occur to you and would gladly help your work easier if you are facing same problems.

I’m Jure, a welding engineer. I’m writing this after spending another late night fighting with Excel sheets and trying to keep track of which welder is qualified for which specific joint configuration.

We all know the struggle: you spend your day solving real engineering problems, and then you spend your "overtime" making sure the ISO documentation aligns with the actual welds on the drawing. It’s draining, prone to human error, and frankly, it feels like the least productive part of our job.

I got tired of the manual labor, so I’ve been quietly building a web-based tool to handle the logic for me.
The website is currently in slovenian and i'll make it also english-It's not yet online yet

What it does right now:
• You upload a PDF, and you can mark up your welds using ISO 2553 symbols right there.
• The system cross-references your library and suggests the right WPQR (ISO 15614).
• It automatically spits out the WPS (ISO 15609) based on the weld type.
• It keeps track of welder certs (ISO 9606) so you don't accidentally assign someone who isn't covered.

• It handles NDT assignments.

(I'm still working on the automatic drawing of weld cross-sections—it's tricky to get it to look like a clean technical drawing, but it's getting there.)

I'm at a crossroads: I’ve built this because I needed it, but I’m wondering if this would be a game-changer for your workflow, too? I’d genuinely love to know:

1. If this saved you hours of paperwork a week, what would you/your company be willing to pay for it? (I'm trying to figure out if a monthly subscription model is even something that would be approved in our industry, or if it's too much of a hurdle.)
2. What is the one thing in your documentation process that you hate the most? Maybe I can build a fix for it.

App configures the coverage of wpqr per standard from test piece that was welded and tested based on 15614 requrements. Wps is ranged so it is within the limits of wpqr(some parameters not allowed to change some are variable) weld parameters are calculated based on heat input that is allowed by wpqr and then adjusted for each weld by taking sample parameters and little adjustment for geometry. Tracability and requrements of wpqr range (level 1 or level 2)is per standard oriented for example (1090 and 13445 currently in comb with 3834) Complete export file merges pdf with welds table with weld nr, wpqr, wps nr, welder(which covers specific prod. Weld) and ndt operator. Everything is merged with pdf of original wpqr certificates welder certs and ndt certs. For me the best use case is when there are no welds specified on drawing that we recieve(usually pdf or dwg) but dwg/dxf editing is pain in the ass for drawing welds.

Torej malo sem dopolnil spletno stran. Sedaj je tudi na spletni strani prikaz objav uporabnikov in oglasov. Vse se sicer še vedno dela preko aplikacija ampak sedaj obstaja tudi možnost cross plaftorm sharing ter deljenja linkov svojih objav, in profilov. Zaenkrat je še vedno dokaj prazno a verjamem, da lahko to dosti poveča vidljivost. Tako da kar naredite si profesionalni profil. Tam predstavite svoje dosežke ali pa samo day in life. Po želji. Še vedno poteka promocija, kjer v roku 1 dne po ustvaritvi računa prvi uporabniki dobite odklenjene vse funkcije.

Prenovil sem stran feed, oglasi, zemljevid, ter profil uporabnika da izgleda malo bolj atraktivno in bolj napolnjeno z dosezki in informacijami

Pozdravljeni, zadnjič sem v tej skupini dobil kar nekaj odziva na objavo o novi aplikaciji ki je namenjena uporabnikom ki iščejo pomoč da se povežejo z uporabniki ki lahko to ponudijo.

Prav zaradi tega sem dodal v aplikacijo možnost preverbe SP ja v registru. Tako se podjetnikom ki imajo odprt sp zraven profila prikaže status verified.

Aplikacija je FUSH in je sedaj dostopna tudi na Androidu poleg IOS.
