Competitive offer in sellers market

Is 10-15K over a competitive offer for a 3 bed 1 bath townhouse that needs upgrades a competitive offer? It’s a sellers market and houses are still going fast with bidding wars and inspections waived.

There was another house down the street that had the same layout but needed upgrades and sat on the market for 2 weeks instead of 2 days.

Thanks

Navigating friends

So I am an only child and live on my own at 26. I do have friends but I am very comfortable in my own space and company. My other friends struggle with just sitting by themselves for a day let alone like how I live.

Sometimes I get into “I’m fine on my own mindset” where I accidentally shut everyone out. Yet I question if it is shutting everyone out or is everyone just starting their own lives and occupied with growing into their own person. Are we meant to text our friends every day like we did in high school?

Sometimes I feel like I contribute to my own loneliness for not socializing more or texting people more. I still go out lots and do things I’m not a total introvert.

But sometimes I can go a few weeks without talking to ppl even my bffs.

Anyone else struggle with being too comfortable on their own?

Using RRSP for first home

Hi everyone just looking for feedback on using your RRSP for first time home buyer. I have about 35K saved in my RRSP and looking to buy a home as a single women. I make about 100K a year and saved up the 35K over 3 years through my work.

I also have about 20K saved between a TFSA and a savings account.

I am scared to use the full amount of my RRSP for my down payment and/or closing costs.
Is it smart to drain the full 35K? I’m worried about not having that extra savings behind me in case of things breaking or unexpected costs.

Question: Is it better to use my full RRSP for downpayment and leave my other savings as my emergency fund?

Omg I went out with friends last night and had two or three drinks. Ended up throwing it up in the bathroom and at then at home and now I’m throwing up even into the next morning. I haven’t been like that since I was in high school.
This is crazy
I ate before going out and during the night but I feel horrible. I feel so incredibly sick and I got super wasted when normally I can drink!

It looks like alcohol and me while on this medication is not a good mix

Is my progress good so far?

I started in March at 198lbs

Just bumped up to the 1mg shot this week

I am now at 178lbs

5’1 27year old female

Am I a quick or slow responder? Is this average for what I should expect?

Also since moving up to 1mg does the weight plateau for a bit here?
