Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge; Ralstin Island Rookery.

My question here for you all, what the heck are these barges? The island is home to several species of birds. It is also off limits to the public or to drones to get a good look at it. Anyone know what this is? I understand this was a target practice field in ww2 era, so maybe that?

Sanding vs Sandblasting wood baseboards?

hey, I have a question on which would be faster for me. i have removed all my baseboard in preparation for a new floor. these boards are yuck and need painted. they are chipped and dirty with years of gross. i do not own a sandblaster. i do however have a house worth of boards to fix. help?
