He is based on Tanzaburo Tojima and his quirk is similar to a Zenkai Boost and Allen the Alien’s power

Backstory: Sato is an ordinary salaryman who is a massive comic book nerd and once dreamed of becoming a hero. Although he was diagnosed with a quirk after X-rays were taken of his pinky toe, doctors assumed it was benign. But after being hit by a truck and hospitalized for a month his quirk activated, increasing his strength and durability by almost 10x. Realizing he could become a hero he decides to become a part-time vigilante.
