Threatened with life for calling out overcharging, I don't know what to do

Today I was at local junction platform 4 and saw the guy selling 14rs water to an uncle for 20rs. I called him out but instead of returning the money he started arguing and fighting with me saying that I work for railway and to show him my ID. Then he started calling his boss and telling him about it. The uncle seeing all this ran away leaving me alone. He said don't do all this *bahut mengha padega* (it'll be very costly for you). I told him to give stuff at the right rate and he said I haven't sold you anything why are you complaining. Then he started calling other people so I just took a picture of the stall and went home. Using the rail madad app I complained for staff behavior. But I live in a small town and I don't want to be involved with goons and stuff. He also took a photo of me.Do you think he could find me? Should I take back my complaint?

3- If it says appeal submitted, refresh the page.

4- it will ask for your number and otp.

5- It'll ask for your ID proof, upload it.

6- It'll say appeal submitted, don't immediately try logging on the app with the account wait untill you get the mail confirming for account is back. (Took half an hour for me)
