Cannot Afford Pelvic Floor Therapy - Dyssynergia

Hey everyone, I'm so desperate for help. I know that I need to see a pelvic floor therapist, but my insurance won't cover it, and I cannot afford to pay in cash.

I'm so sick of this condition. I'll have coffee in the morning, and the first BM is pretty productive but it's NEVER one and done. Nope. I know there's more, but it just STOPS. Frustrating as hell!! I was on MiraLAX for years but always hated it - the bloating was driving me nuts. I stopped taking it a while back.

And so, not wanting to go around with that horrible feeling of an incomplete BM, I resort to glycerin suppositories and will have to repeat this a few times until it's all out.

I would like to have my life back. Some days are better than others. But today, I was just so over it and so angry - this is the most hateful condition that has robbed me of so much.

Since I cannot, right now, afford to pay for this treatment, what else can I do AT HOME myself to see some improvement? What are these wands I hear about? How do you use them? Any other ideas to gain some improvement?

I have been trying the stretching poses and I do make sure that I walk later on in the day when I feel better, easily around 7,000-8,000 steps a day. But trust me, if not for this problem, I'd be doing a lot more.

By the way, I am female, so venting is good for me, lol, thank you for listening.

Should I try Ozempic?

I fear the side effects because I'm not diabetic. I've seen a lot of friends lose weight but what if I only wanted to lose like 10 or 15 pounds. Can I use it for a few weeks and then just stop? What side effects did you have when you used it?
