I am frustrated with Aramex not allowing any option to connect with a human. All options failed.

When they called yesterday, I asked specifically what my preference for delivery is. Note will be added Sir.

Nothing happened.

I reached out on WhatsApp. It's a bot.

I reached out on App since 8am the packet is on same location as per tracker.

Option is there to call the courier champion (so called).

I have called several times. Never a single time picked. Hence another wall.

I called their official number. They have two option - WhatsApp or SMS.

No humans already.

AI, no it's something else.

I hold a bank account with Eeeanbedee since two decade. May 18th I paid towards my Credit card with Phaaab. Amount available in my account multiple times over. I pay and forget.

I get an email from Phaaab for not paying.

I check Eeeanbedee, the transfer got cancelled. I immediately paid. faced cancellation few more times but this time I was waiting to see. I never had to do this. Not in Dubai.

I approach my Relationship Manager at Eeeanbedee. She say "was rejected due to a technical timing issue from the Central Bank side."

But Phaaab charges me with not only late payment fee but also interest etc.

I sent Phaaab proof of my transfer. I am their customer for almost 2 decades. They say, we can't help. The charges are AED 2008/- in total.

I am not sure what procedures are in place for situation like this. Can someone guide me to a way to solve it?

Lesson:

Both banks are washing their hands. Bank transfers done is not enough, one needs to ensure there isn't any surprises.

I am helping my daughter brainstorm for her project.

Topic is Patent System for Life saving drugs and it's efficacy for humanity at large.

We have done much research and are at the end, to propose a solution. While we have considered heavy cost of research and development, we can't ignore impact on human wellbeing due to high cost, despite having a medical solution known - specifically lower strata of any society.

We found many life saving medicine patents, we're reapplied before expiry of original ones, with slight modification of non essential components of the formula. This allowed control over formulation.

We have come to one potential option:

Woman at top decision making positions in pharmaceutical business, are less likely to deprive humanity from accessing their cure, for sake of stockholders equity.

I am using Business WhatsApp application on my desktop and noticed delay in response, big time.

If I filter conversation, it restarts the application.

I have uninstalled and done fresh installation but no relief. This is same on my laptop and desktop but phone is working normal response time.

Has this been noticed by others too?

With dominating SME sector of Dubai, facing the takeover by AI on Google (discovery stage), how are you managing your visibility online? Has it impacted your business leads?

More important, recommended by AI already compresses the trust cycle, which we earlier used to do ourselves as customers. If AI has shown me a few names, Artificial intelligence must have smart reasons for it - this is how I see it. But is it? AI is crawling on digital footprints, not fact check.

I am sure there are many who are facing same dilemma.

I run a service business in Dubai. Large team, large customer service team to manage 30-40k conversion every month.

Invariably I see my CS struggling with a situation where someone is not being reasonable. At times abusive to the CS and the staff on ground with the client.

Stress spills over to other conversations, even by most competent CS.

It does not help anyone.

Today I choose to write, since I took over such a conversation from a CS. I said, I got this, don't worry, you go on with your work.

I call the client. He doesn't take the call. I message the client, stating who I am and what I am here to do to help and resolve.

I get some more of emotional texts.

I said I will first let you finish.

He sends me his Google Business profile. See who I am. I have such a big business.

I said, yes we know your professional standing.

Then,

I get an audio message back full of slang f#@k and the sorts.

I said we are done here.

Client says from money that I pay you, so you can pay your bills.

I am your boss.

I replied, I am pulling out my team and we are refunding your money.

Turns out, payment back to the source is a different person, who has already messaged I have nothing to do with this Mr. X

We refunded, shared screenshot. Informed that you paid for service, here is your money. And we are out of it.

In a few hours, a 2 page long Google Review pops up.

I told myself, I love my peace. And closed the PC.

What you would do, in my place?

Site was hacked.
Spam links got crawled.
We got the grip back.
Blocked by Robot.txt
Placed 410

Now Google sees a lot of links points to our website, which when it tries to crawl, it is blocked by Robot.txt

This creates distrust.

Since we have now 410 in place, we are deliberating if it is time for us to remove the block from Robot.txt

This might take some time but set the records right.

If any expert here has gone through similar grind, what would you suggest and advise to consider. Much appreciate any thoughts!

We faced this challenge with an Casibom attack in January end. We gained the control back in few hours, did the sanitization by the hosting company (including relocating the c-panel) and restored the backup. We took other measures too so that the attack can not repeat  - Hopefully.

My SEO team is worried and advised me to disavow all toxic links in batches and not one go as they feel this might get a penalty response from Google. I feel this is counter-intuitive. It's passed 3 months and their train of batch is chugging along slowly.

I checked the Google help forum and found the limit is 100,000 lines. I dont understand if this fear is real or imagined?

I am having to live with those links even after its over.

I am seeking advise from experts in the know, on this. Please help.
