A realization while watching YouTube videos

Back when online learning was a thing, teachers would upload youtube vids of their lectures, or send links to existing videos. I realized how many students were watching, and some replaying it when the lesson was confusing.

I had an idea: niche educational videos that helped break down big concepts. But I guess the problem now was, how do I get the engagement I want, without outright asking "please watch my videos if you want to pass" ?

I hate when they need to "spit" for TNTL.

I don't know if this was discussed before, but it dampens the experience for me when I watch grown people spurt liquid out of their mouths, which another adult has to mop (essentially spreading the spit around). And then they have bits wherein they lay down/crawl/etc on the floor. Gross.

I just wished they stuck with harmonicas or some other indicator that they laughed. Also! Many times they do clearly laugh, but just because water doesn't come out, it's not counted (?)

I (used to) get paid to help "boomer" nurses with paperwork

My university had a clinic run by older nurses. They're wonderful when it comes to the medical side of things, but they needed help with the technical side of stuff. They couldn't even work out how to use Word.

So yeah, when I applied to work part-time, I knew where I had to be assigned. And it's been great since (till pandemic, and classes had to be suspended, etc). I basically sat around during my free hours making tables on MSWord and refilled their printer inks.

Finally looking into online banks that offer cashbacks from online transactions... not much, but at least for every takeout delivered, I don't get 0 back. Anybody else got any advice?

PTE Rebooking Help!

I had to miss my first exam because of an error on my part. I failed to put my middle name. I was advised to wait for the email resolution, edit my profile, and rebook again.

Problem now is, I cannot rebook because it always says "user has an open registration" or something. I've been trying to contact Pearson about this but no help. Do I just wait a little longer?
