I didn't realize how hard it would be to promote a game on Google Play. My game literally hasn't gotten any downloads yet, and no one has even left a review

Game Title:
Guide Me Home

Playable Link:

Platform:
Android

Description:
Guide Me Home is a 2D physics-based puzzle game where your goal is to help a small blue creature find its way home. Each level is a physics puzzle that requires you to think about how different objects interact with each other. You’ll use platforms, fans, magnets, trampolines, ropes, hooks, and other interactive elements to create a path to the goal. Some levels are straightforward, while others require careful planning and experimenting with different solutions.

The game is designed to be easy to pick up but challenging enough to make you think. It features 25 levels in the first episode, with more content planned for future updates. There is also a star-rating system that rewards you for completing levels efficiently. Guide Me Home is made for short play sessions, so it works well when you have a few minutes to spare.

Free to Play Status:

  • Free to play

Involvement:
I am the solo indie developer of Guide Me Home. I designed the gameplay, programmed the game, created and integrated the game's systems, and prepared the Android release.

I Made a Mini Version of Brawl Stars in Unity!

Hey Reddit! 👋

I'm an indie developer, and I recently challenged myself to recreate the feel of Brawl Stars - but with my own twist - in just a few days using Unity. I documented the whole process and turned it into a short devlog video.

🎥 Here’s the video:

I made a physics puzzle game where you help a little creature get home 🏠

Hey everyone!

I've been working on my first indie game, Guide Me Home.

It's a physics-based puzzle game where you need to help a little blue creature named Tamshy reach home. Each level has different objects and mechanics - fans, magnets, ropes, trampolines, and more.

The game currently has 1 episodes with 25 levels in the first episode.

I’m developing the game solo, and I’d really appreciate it if you could give it a try and let me know what you think!

Any feedback is welcome - especially about the gameplay, difficulty, controls, and overall feel of the game.

Thanks for checking it out!
