Switching psychiatrist provider (controlled substance prescriptions)

Hey everyone I'm new to tricare and the East Coast. I've been prescribed a controlled substance since I was 14 years old. I'm looking for a psychiatrist or doctor to become my new provider. but Georgia is a lot more strict than my home state. I talked with my PCM and they referred me to a new psychiatrist (provider) but she hasn't lived in Georgia in years and there's no way to get in contact with her or the address they have listed. I called referral management today to try and get it corrected with a provider that actually is in the state and accepting tricare. The woman told me it was up to me to find the new provider and to call her back when I did. Dude I can't find anyone, just therapists. Can't find info if they're accepting tricare or new patients either. I'm so annoyed and stressed without my medication I have seizures and really don't want to go through that again. so if anyone has experience with the online providers or how to actually get in contact with a provider near me I would really appreciate it. (Please don't answer you're not prescribed mental health medication)

Moved to a state that requires drug tests for my prescriptions (it came back negative?!?)

I went to labcorp and they did the complete wrong test. I went back a few days ago and tested specifically for benzos(my prescription) that needs to be in my system for care. I literally took 1mg the night before my appointment and it came back as negative? I only have 5 left and I'm terrified they'll cut off my care over a false negative, and I'll end up in the hospital having seizures again. How common are false negatives? they were extremely confused when I came in also.

What do you do when you pee with a tampon in?

Do you change it every time so there's no pee on the string? Or try and move it back so nothing gets on it? Do you just not think about it?

Tips for tinting the classic redhead blonde eyelashes at home?

Usually it's not a problem because I use some of my black hair dye on the ends of my lashes and mascara so you can't notice. But I'm being reunited with the love of my life in a few months and want to start wearing lash clusters, The only issue is as a redhead I have BLONDE eyelashes, I'll need to cover root to end, and because you put the clusters UNDER your eyelid it'll look insane when I look down and you see blonde/red lashes on top. and it's not like you can fully coat it with mascara after the lash clusters are there. I'm pretty nervous to tint or dye my eyelashes, so I'd love for someone to put me onto their products and routine if you actually do dye your eyelashes. I've tried looking at other people's reviews but they already have dark brown eyelashes to begin with... So id trust the process or my fellow redhead girls that have experience

Rachel Green styled with SG lines?

I'm a SG and I know SN is a very close sister season. But do you think they styled Rachel green in more SG lines or SN? I think she'd pull either off regardless, but I'm obsessed with her style and her outfits are the outfits I lean towards and compliment my body type.

Does anyone else secretly mourn who they were 'meant' to be?

The butterfly effect from abuse that happened when I was just a toddler. Living with PTSD for so long and at such a young age really damaged my sense of self. I think I turned out to be a good understanding person but I wonder if that's only because of the abuse... Did the horrible events actually make me into a better person than I would have been? Would I have inherently been a good person?

Then you realize that every major and minor life event can be traced back. It feels like my personality and life experiences are very conflicting, because I've been in fight or flight mode my entire life. I will see a picture of myself and wonder who she could have grown up to be. The experiences she missed out on while just trying to survive. Would she be happy? Would we fall in love with the same people? Would she laugh at my jokes? Would I even want to be friends with that version of myself? Would I even like her? There's no right answer because she simply doesn't exist. She should have but that was stolen away before she could stand up for herself and fight. RIP to all of our possible versions, good or bad.

Is giving an older dog/cat cancer treatments borderline abuse?

Cats and dogs live such short lives. If I was 70ish and had cancer I probably would rather be put down then to go through treatment and chemo. my father had cancer and seeing how much pain it caused him still hurts today. So it feels wrong to me when I see an animal who doesn't have many years left borderline forced to continue to live the rest of its short life in pain. I know it's hard to let go and treatment is seen as the right answer. if they're still young I get it. But if not there's a point where you're making an animal live in a waking nightmare where they feel sick all the time and have no control over themselves or their body. It just feels heartbreaking and wrong.

Any of my redhead girls use lash clusters?

I really want to use lash clusters (little fake lashes you glue under your eyelashes) but I'm nervous that it'll look ridiculous when I look down and you see blonde eyelashes, and I feel it would be hard to put mascara on to totally coat the top lashes too. Do any of you get it done? does it look okay?

Help finding Perfume that smells like Hershey's Cocoa Powder?

This is kind of embarrassing, so when I heard this "lifehack" I was still a redhead and couldn't do it... The life hack was using cocoa powder as dry shampoo if you ever are desperate. I didn't use it but it stuck with me since I was a preteen. Fast forward I'm an adult with dyed black hair. I was in a desperate situation and remembered I could use the hack now. It worked but what's more... It smelled amazing. When my husband came home it made him absolutely feral and he would not stop telling me how good I smell and asking (begging) to know what it was. I just kept brushing it off until eventually he went through all my perfumes and lotions to find the scent. I want to recreate it without ACTUALLY using cocoa powder 😅

It's been hard for me to find a scent that's purely cocoa powder, not musky or floral, just cocoa powder. I have NEVER had my husband react that way to any other scent. Please please if anyone knows any lotions, body sprays, whatever lmk. I'm at the point where I may try to make my own extraction mixing alcohol and the Cocoa powder (If that'd even work). I can't keep living this lie🫠

Does anything in my chart point to major early childhood trauma and betrayal by my mother?(Possible Trigger warning) [astro-seek]

By major I mean experiencing CSA and Torture, from ages 2-4. Major betrayal wounds by my mother, for essentially selling me and never speaking up for my screams of pure horror and pain.
