Not sure if anybody has this problem, but carrying multiple cassettes when I’m on a plane is a bit inconvenient. (But tapes are supposed to be inconvenient right?). This solution gives you a better footprint: DUAL CASSETTE AUDIOBOOK CASES.
I bought three 2-cassette audiobooks, redesigned the oversized J-card, and plopped in two of my favorite tapes.
Hopefully this helps others wanting to bring tapes with them on vacation.
I illustrated this with the intention of selling prints - but it felt like I should also animate each layer.
I have an unhealthy obsession with this pokemon, and this is a digital-only version of the card.
I love everybody's cards they've been showing off here and would love to learn more techniques. I'm a digital illustrator too, so I'd like to use some of what I learn to elevate my physical prints. What are some good youtube search terms or resources to improve my custom TCG cards?
adding more three dimensional elements to this binder. All fan art in there is done by me.
After I clean up the new “opening mouth” Cramorant, I plan to add a “gulp missile” feature. I haven’t decided if it’ll be triggered by opening the binder, or if I’ll add a “pull” tab.
It’s drinking bubble tea.
Also - Friendly reminder to print your digital work every so often.
I was super surprised to get a shiny wild Sandslash encounter. Did they change something about wild shinies? I thought it was only the first stage Pokémon’s or fully evolve pokemon that can Mega Evolve. I knew Alolan Marowak and Exeggutor can be shiny, but didn’t realize that extended to Sandslash too? Does that also included Ninetales?
It’s my goal to have the best Cramorant binder in the world.
I have to travel for work and this is what I have for my 6-hour flight. There’s a multi-cart in it right now. Most of my game time was spent playing Rhythm Heaven.
I have a modded 3DS I was planning to bring, but my 5-year old has claimed possession of that.
I realize how contradictory it is to listen to analog music through a digital cable. However, the listening experience on old devices like Walkman’s and Gameboys/3DSes is great.
I also am deep within the Apple ecosystem and work from home on a Mac, so it just makes sense.
I’m sad they don’t sell the green color anymore. I plan to “downgrade” the aesthetic because I don’t wanna walk around looking like I’m wearing a $500 luxury item. (It is totally a luxury purchase).
