Hi. i've been suffering from an underbite for nearly 10 years now I'm 25 years old. I worked so hard finding an orthodontist that will suit my needs and he's in Colorado and unfortunately, I have to get a surgeon in Colorado. At first I was going to go to Dr. Peter in Northern California, but I was rejected because I don't have an orthodontist in California. And I'm not sure if I should just cancel on my orthodontist just to find an orthodontist in California just to have surgery with Dr. Peter because Dr. Peter is the only surgeon that I trust that has given patients good results. Undeniable results.
I'm Asian. I'm southeast asian. I do prefer an asian surgeon as they know the anatomy of it.
If there is anyone who has had a good surgeon in Colorado, please recommend so. I really have a hard time trusting surgeons because I don't want my situation more fucked up than it already is.
I really need maxillary advancement without looking blotched, and I need it in harmony with my facial aesthetics.

My nose is punched into my face. Premolar extractions on top jaw in the past (15-16 yo). Did AGGA (18-22) and my teeth flared. Now palatal expansion (24-25 now) but braces caused my teeth to upright (reversing what AGGA did) and now my midfacial deficiency shows. Also I have an underbite.
I thought Le Fort, but I want the best result.
TMJ popping. Speech problems. Chewing problems. My top canine hits between my molar and premolar.
Also I have assymetry caused by AGGA.

Last 2 photos were AGGA. I probably jutted my jaw out a lot. But I had good lip support as AGGA flared my teeth (also may have damaged my roots).
I posted my last 2 AGGA photos because I really would like that much advancement except better than it rather than my teeth just flaring.
Age 25. I take good care of my teeth. But why is this happening? By no means am I seeking medical advice here, just opinions and thoughts for the sake of closure. Eventually I will inform my doctor this.
Can any surgery fix this before I may actually lose my teeth?

Age 16-17 I had braces. Top premolar extractions caused me sleep apnea so I decided to get braces for the 2nd time and cancel midway.
Age 18-22 I had AGGA braces. They're going through a lawsuit now for damaging patients' teeth. Doctors reported I had major root resorption but I had good results from having a prominent maxilla from teeth tipping. Ofc it relapses. But not enough that it hurt or wiggle unless I move it with my finger.
Age 25 I had palatal expansion RPE then braces. 6 months in. My wire broke. It's been one month till I can see my orthodontist. But I noticed when pressing my tongue against my top teeth, it wiggles so much. It's sort of freaking me out.
I hope it's normal. I really do try to take care of my teeth. I do have an issue brushing hard. Perhaps that may be contributing to it?
I don't know if they decide for you but what if you already know what your surgery needs since you're the one in your body?
It feels terrible to eat, to speak, to breathe. But my insurance denied me because the surgeon I had was out of state but he's the only one I trust.

There was a promotion going on. I had 2 more rides left before a certain time.
The rider was a male but I was surprised to see a female come out to my car. No problem. Apparently, she's a guest. Just not explicitly stated on the app.
She sounds exhausted, drunk, or tired. But she talked slow. She says "fuck I can't find my phone omg." I ask her "would you like for me to call your phone?" and I turn on the lights and she says "oh no I got it." And I start to drive. I was already in a shitty mood.
She then asks if I can take her to Burger King insisting she'll also buy me food. I don't eat from there. I said you have to add the stop on the app. She says "I can't. Then I have to text my boyfriend." And I figured she would text and add the stop. I said "I couldn't take you to Burger King without that." Then silence.
I ask her "how's your morning so far?" It was early midnight morning. Dark out.
She ignores me.
I let it be and continue taking her to her destination.
5 minutes from her destination, she says "Can you please take me to Burger King. I am hungry."
I said, "No, I'm not going to do that."
She then tells me "you know I was gonna give you a $20 tip and now you're not getting it."
Then I told her I don't give a fuck.
And she continues to tell me to take her to Burger King and I just tell her "yes whatever makes you happy I'll take you!"
She says "thank you." And I fucking continue to drive to her destination just to have her quiet down. She then gives me directions to Burger King at the last minute and when I miss the directions and exits, I didn't really pay any mind cause I wasn't trying to take her there but then she tells me "Ok, you just missed it but whatever." I lost my shit completely. Told her I am dropping her off home.
She insists I'm difficult and I call her worthless. I tell her I will drop her off in the middle of the highway if she keeps doing this and she does. I stop on the shoulder lane, she calls the police and tells them I stopped in the middle of the highway that she is unsafe and I'm causing her to be in danger and distress and it's an emergency they need to come - I forget I'm on a time crunch for my next rider so instead I decide to drop her off to reduce the time of this. She screams through the phone saying "Nevermind! I'm just saying because my driver needs to do their fucking job!"
I had enough of this shit as I was 2 blocks from her house and tell her to get out.
She says "no take me home bitch."
I get out of my car and I open the back door and shout "Get the fuck out of my car"
She tells the police my license plate and then tells them I'm drunk.
I leave to pick up my next rider. This is so dumb.

Interviewers ask this and when I get asked this I have to dig through every memory I have. Sometimes it's 3 years ago I have to dig far back into because I been self employed for so long.
I've had jobs where I only been to for 1-3 months and those were the jobs I obviously hated and didn't have a good rep with. I been to many jobs and it's just too much crap. Need a second opinion. If I took those out, I would've been to a total of 3 jobs which gives 1-2 years stay.
