For those of us who have not gotten the email, when is everyone else moving over to Discover? Does anyone know? I’m getting anxious to get that 3% on gas.

Such an incredible movie. Can anyone request any more exfil/CIA type movies? The tension in that movie is unbelievable. I’d like another movie that feels like Argo. Thanks in advance. Argo fuck yourself.

So obviously there’s nothing in the world like Saving Private Ryan, but is there anything close? A World War 2 movie with a strong feeling of brotherhood. Doesn’t have to be WW2. I’ve seen Fury and it’s cool, but I’m looking for other suggestions. Thanks in advance as always.

So, I haven’t actually finished The Pacific because it’s nowhere near as good as the other two, but BoB and Gen Kill are absolutely amazing. I’m looking for other shows like them. I know others may not live up to those two, but I hope y’all can suggest a couple I also might like. Thanks.

I just watched Waiting… for the first time in years and remembered how much I loved it. Can you recommend movies like it? Young people at work figuring their lives out with lots of raunchy, funny stuff happening. That sounds like Clerks, but I’ve seen that a million times. Thank you!

Has anyone ever tried this?

I ask because I currently have 3 (Venture One, Savor and Quicksilver). I just got the Savor about a month ago and I plan on going for the Venture in about 5 months, and the Venture X after that. I wouldn’t mind having to close one to get another, but will they deny me in 5 months for the Venture for having too many Capital One cards?

I changed a quicksilver one to a venture one and asked about the sign up bonus and they said they don’t do that with product changes.

Just out of curiosity I checked to see if I was pre approved for a card I don’t actually want for a few months. I was approved but declined it. Will this affect me getting approved in a few months? Will it affect the welcome bonus?
