Looking for reliable roofer

Roofer that we’ve been using for years has recently stopped returning calls. We’ve had an issue since March that’s still not repaired. Can anyone recommend a solid, stable and reliable roofer? Naturally I want someone who’s licensed and bonded and who’s not going to shwick me with price. I’m in NE Philly

Downed wires!!!

A truck came down our driveway at some point during the night and pulled our wires down. The soonest someone can come out, I was told, is Wednesday. It’s a safety risk and we work from home and can’t be without the internet! I’m pissed off that you can’t reach anyone and if you do, they’re offshore.

Apartment search

Can anyone recommend a realtor to assist with an apartment search in the Kissimmee/Orlando area? My son, who lives down there keeps receiving info from some scammy folks alleging that they have rentals.
Thanks!

Looking for guidance

In January, my son didn’t come to a complete stop at a red light and tapped - TAPPED - the person in front of them. No paint was even traded (there are pics). The police were called and my son receiving a citation for careless driving. This is FL, by the way. The cop even told my son that there was nothing there and he’d have no issue fighting the citation, which my son did, successfully. State Farm paid out on the claim (for what, Idk) and we thought that was the end of it. Today my son gets served. They are asking for over $100k for everything under the sun - lost wages, loss of enjoyment of life, you name it! This is ridiculous and as a Certified Fraud Examiner, this stinks to high heaven! What happens next in these cases? My son has State Farm also. He’s beyond pissed and so am I! Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom.

Needing a repair

Looking to get this section of ceiling repaired from a leak. Leak has been fixed but I’m left with this. It’s about a 15” sq inch area that needs to be cut out and mitigated for any mold / moisture. If anyone can do this properly and at a fair price, I would be most appreciative!

Thank you!

To the great people of Austin - thank you! I come to Austin a few times a year on business and each time I do, I’m always reminded of your friendliness and kindness! I enjoy visiting your wonderful city and getting to meet such great people. Looking to plan a regular vacation where work is not involved so I can really hit the nightlife. Again, thank you for everything! 🤠

We stayed at the Poly last year for the first time and loved it. We were scheduled to stay there again this October, but were unable to get discount. We decided to switch to Wilderness Lodge, which my hubs is excited about - me, not so much, but I’ve never been. Please illuminate me!
