Looking for Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Manager Opportunities

Looking for Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Manager Opportunities

Hi everyone,

I’m a 26-year-old tech professional from Nepal with around 5 years of experience in the technology industry. I’m currently working as a Backend Developer and leading a team, but I’m looking to take the next step in my career toward a Junior Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Project Manager role.

Over the years, I’ve realised that I genuinely enjoy leading people, coordinating work, solving problems, communicating with teams, and making sure projects actually move forward. While I have a strong technical background, I feel that I’m ready to explore the management/project side of technology rather than staying purely on the technical track.

Honestly, I feel a little stuck at the moment, and I want to challenge myself, experience a different environment, and see what I’m capable of outside my comfort zone.

I’d describe myself as hard-working, ambitious, adaptable, and willing to learn. I’m also open to starting at a junior level in project management if that gives me the opportunity to prove myself and grow.

I’m particularly interested in opportunities outside Nepal and would be happy to relocate for the right opportunity. If an employer can provide visa sponsorship/relocation support along with a good career opportunity, I’m very open to moving.

I can share my CV, portfolio, previous projects, work experience, and references if needed.

If you know of any companies hiring for Junior Technical Project Manager / Technical Project Manager / Project Manager positions that could be a good fit for someone with a strong technical background and team-lead experience, I’d really appreciate any leads or advice.

Thanks! 🙏

Looking for Junior Technical Project Manager / Technical Project Manager Opportunities in the UAE

Hi everyone,

I’m a 26-year-old tech professional from Nepal with around 5 years of experience in the technology industry. I’m currently working as a Backend Developer and leading a team, and I’m now looking to transition toward a Junior Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Project Manager role in the UAE.

Throughout my career, I’ve realised that I really enjoy leading teams, coordinating tasks, communicating with people, solving problems, and making sure projects move forward successfully. While I have a strong technical background, I feel that I’m ready to move toward the project and management side of technology rather than continuing purely as a developer.

At this point in my career, I feel ready for a new challenge and want to step outside my comfort zone, experience a different professional environment, and see how far I can grow.

I’d describe myself as hard-working, ambitious, adaptable, and willing to learn. I’m also completely open to starting in a junior project management position and proving myself through my work.

I’m currently based in Nepal, but I’m very interested in relocating to the Newzealand for the right opportunity. I’m particularly interested in companies that can provide visa sponsorship/relocation support.

I can share my CV, portfolio, previous projects, employment history, and references if required.

If anyone knows of companies hiring for Junior Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager positions where a strong technical background and team-lead experience would be valuable, I’d really appreciate any leads or advice.

Thank you!

Career & Foreign Settlement: Does my chart indicate moving abroad in 2027, and is Software Engineering or Project Management better suited for me?

I'm sharing my birth chart because I'd appreciate a genuine Vedic astrology analysis of my career, foreign settlement, and overall life direction.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 2023. Since then, life has been much more challenging than I expected. Over the past few years, I've experienced career setbacks, workplace misunderstandings, multiple student visa refusals while trying to pursue a Master's degree abroad, health challenges, and the end of a seven-year relationship. Rather than asking about each event individually, I'm interested in understanding whether these experiences are connected through my birth chart.

I would be grateful if experienced astrologers could help me understand Is foreign settlement indicated in my chart and Will I achieve professional recognition, financial stability, and long-term success?

Seeking a detailed Vedic astrology analysis after my 7-year relationship ended

I'm posting this because I'm looking for genuine Vedic astrology insights, not relationship advice or judgment.

My girlfriend and I were together for almost 7 years. Throughout those years, I truly believed we loved each other deeply and would eventually get married.

Recently, everything changed. A man who already has Australian PR came into her life, and she told me she had moved on. I have accepted her decision. I'm not trying to get her back, and I'm not looking for predictions that she'll return. That chapter is over.

What I'm trying to understand is what happened from an astrological perspective. How could everything change so suddenly after so many years? I'm attaching both of our kundalis and would be grateful if experienced Vedic astrologers could analyze them in detail.

Here are the questions I hope you can help answer:

  1. Does our compatibility (Kundali matching) indicate why this relationship ended?
  2. Was this relationship destined to end, or could it have worked if circumstances had been different?
  3. Was the breakup mainly influenced by my karma, my Mahadasha/Antardasha, her planetary periods, transits, or a combination of these?
  4. Were there astrological warning signs that this relationship would not lead to marriage?
  5. Was there any indication of a third person entering the relationship?
  6. Was this breakup ultimately beneficial for me, for her, or for both of us in the long run?
  7. Did we meet to teach each other specific karmic lessons? If so, what were they?
  8. Does her chart indicate that she will ever reflect on or miss this relationship in the future, or is this chapter completely over for her?
  9. Is there any indication that our paths may cross again in life, even if not romantically?
  10. Did I make mistakes that contributed to the breakup, or was it simply part of destiny?
  11. Is there any unresolved karmic connection between us, or has it now been completed?
  12. From an astrological perspective, has our karmic bond ended, or does any unfinished karma remain between us?
  13. Based on my chart, will I get married?
  14. Around what age or during which Mahadasha/Antardasha or major transit is marriage most likely?
  15. What kind of spouse is indicated in my chart? (Nature, personality, profession, background, etc.)
  16. Will my marriage be a love marriage, arranged marriage, or a combination of both?
  17. Is my future marriage likely to be stable and long-lasting?
  18. Will I genuinely find someone who loves me and with whom I can build a happy family?
  19. Are there any major relationship challenges I should be aware of before marriage?
  20. What should I focus on personally or spiritually to improve my future relationships?
  21. Are there any remedies (if appropriate according to Vedic astrology) that may help me navigate this phase of life?

I'm not looking for comforting answers or false hope. I'd appreciate honest interpretations based on the charts, even if they're difficult to hear. My goal is to understand this chapter of my life, learn from it, and gain some clarity about my future.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to analyze our charts and share your knowledge.

Open to opportunities in Australia — seeking 482 visa sponsorship

I'm a backend developer with around 5 years of experience, based in Pokhara, Nepal, currently working as Lead Backend Developer on a startup— a production multi-tenant SaaS platform for salon and wellness businesses.

What I own end-to-end :

  • Core data and access model for multi-business, multi-branch operation, with fine-grained RBAC via CASL
  • 200+ RESTful APIs across auth, bookings, customer management, staff scheduling, inventory, POS, subscriptions, analytics, and admin
  • OAuth 2.0, JWT access/refresh tokens, OTP flows, and full session management
  • Event-driven workflows with Redis Pub/Sub and BullMQ for notifications, scheduled billing, and background jobs
  • A subscription/billing engine with free trials, plan upgrades, renewals, and usage-based limits
  • Secure file-upload pipelines on Cloudflare R2, plus PostgreSQL performance tuning for concurrent multi-tenant load
  • Dockerized services, CI/CD pipelines, centralized logging, i18n, and API versioning — as the sole backend owner

Before this, I spent almost 3 years as a MERN Stack Developer at Thanka Digital, architecting a microservices backend on Node.js (5+ services), introducing Kafka event streaming, and improving DB performance by 35%. I also led mobile development at Firefly IT Solutions, shipping 4+ Flutter apps to 10k+ users while mentoring a team of 4.

Tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, BullMQ, Kafka, Docker, AWS (EC2, Lambda), React, Flutter

I'm now looking for a company in Australia open to sponsoring a 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) visa for a backend or full-stack role. If you're hiring, or know someone who is, I'd really appreciate a connection or referral.

Open to opportunities in Australia — seeking 482 visa sponsorship

Looking for advice/leads on 482 sponsorship as a backend dev (Nepal → Australia)

I'm a backend developer with about 5 years of experience, currently based in Pokhara, Nepal, working as a Lead Backend Developer on a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Node.js/TypeScript/PostgreSQL stack). I'm trying to figure out my best path into the Australian job market via 482 sponsorship and would appreciate any input from people who've gone through it.

Quick background: ~5 years across backend (Node.js, Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) and some earlier mobile/Flutter work. Currently own backend end-to-end at my current company — APIs, auth, billing, infra, deployment.

A few things I'm trying to understand:

  • How realistic is 482 sponsorship for backend/full-stack roles right now, and which industries are actually sponsoring?
  • Has anyone gone from Nepal specifically and can share how the process went?
  • Any advice on approaching companies directly vs. going through recruiters for sponsorship roles?

Happy to share more details on my background in the comments if it's useful context. Appreciate any pointers.
