The easiest way to try this glitch is by going near the Forge Tower you spawn in when travelling to the Sea of Núrnen. Some Orcs usually spawn there and what you need to do is let them come to you near the tower, you'll notice that as soon as you come near the tower you switch to Celebrimbor form so you need to parry an attack which will remove the wraith form. After that you can climb the tower and the game won't turn you into wraith form unless you jump off from it.
I'm trying out a small challenge where I try to reach the highest level I can before act 2. So far I reached level 17 by killing Orcs, doing Nemesis Missions over and over and pretty much completing everything in Minas Ithil except for the Shadows of the Past Ancient Warchief mission which requires me to unlock the branding ability only available in act 2. As I was interrogating worms to find intel on other Orcs I suddenly revealed this Olog-hai Captain when Ologs typically don't spawn before playing the Knife in the Dark mission. No Olog-hai spawns in Minas Ithil prior to playing that mission and I never travelled to Cirith Ungol. I guess this could be caused by the fact I'm level 17 and I'm grinding Orcs to kill in order to get XP, therefore maybe forcing the Nemesis System to give me enemies of my level when i should actually encounter them much later on. I also found a Pretend Orc previously but he didn't seem to have any decoys when I fought him.
