Kling AI wont stop charging me

Kling AI wont stop charging me

I had kling AI subscription only for a job, but i cancelled my subscription. Even tho i cancelled it it tries to take money every other day.
I already wrote to customer service 4 times....
Either they did not take it seriously, or said to cancel subscription wich i did. No help, no working advice.
It is going for almost 2 moths.
I have no other account to kling AI and nobody has my card's credentials.
Does someone have an advice? I really don't want to make another card bc of this greedy company.

Dji won't acknowledge the problem with new units

Wrote dji with the O4 pro problem, since I recently bought it (from flywoo tho), and already had an ongoing thing with O4 lite.
So I clearly stated that the problem was only present with the new model, my old model and camera unit with new vtx works fine.
Without reading my email, or giving zero damn about it. They copy pasted the usual company text that was witten for this situation so they wont get in trouble.
I would really like to see a footage from dji with new O4 on a normal fov drone (not avata) that actually works with their way of dampening.

We should ask dji for this video.

Advertised function not working on any O4 pro air unit...

I was wondering if they intend to do anything with the new O4 pro chips.
In my knowledge it is a problem since the beginning of this year. Some say from last year...

I can live without gyroflow, but rocksteady? I know it uses the same gyro data but we only have legal leverage over a function that dji advertises.
It is a faulty product, and they know and knew it.
O4 lite is the same from start.

So how does a situation like this works?
I know there are chip shortages...
But altering a product, making it worse, even unusable for most people who work with it.
For the only benefit of constant profit...

We spend our money we work hard for.
Resellers won't take the blame.
Dji especially won't take the blame.
And they just putting the money in their pockets from faulty products.

Are we really letting this happen?

Flywoo sells faulty units

Flywoo sells faulty O4 units

I bought an O4 pro from Flywoo, it was an open product, they wanted to put in a bind and fly.
But after realising it is from the worst batch there is. They decided to sell it...
Iknow about the gyro chip problem that came up with the new O4 pros but there are still different unit. Some people don't even notice a problem.

So as a good samaritan I put the unit on a flylens75 wich has really good softmounting system for the cam. Still very bad shakes with gyroflow or rocksteady.

I wrote them emails about the issue.

In the first email they started to explain about the problem with the gyro chip.
Which you should tell the customer before the purchase, in case you are not a big doodoo. The flylens 75 I bought from them with already built in O4 works good. When switching to this new O4 pro it is a nightmare.

So what happened:
They tested the camera, figured out that this unit is more than problematic. Straight up faulty. Couldn't build in to their quads, so they put it up for sale, for a stupid person (aka me) to buy.
And the response was that it is not their fault it is dji's... why sell the product then if it is faulty? Send back to dji...

Ohh and the best part, I could have send it back to dji if I bought it from them. But no, I bought it from flywoo, who refused to take it back or resolve the issue. So they breached the 14 day return thingy too
