Canned pineapple spears in red soda

In my dream last night I was in some shared kitchen space in an accommodation, cooking tomato soup on a stove that was above my head, which was not a great setup. I was then chopping up pineapple spears that came out of a big can and had so much red juice that I had to bring the cutting board to the sink. I tasted the red juice and it was some sort of fizzy fruity soda, but not cherry, strawberry or raspberry. Maybe it was cranberry. Even though the pineapple was soaked in it, it was still yellow.

1 cup of vinegar in my potato salad.

My mother makes a delicious potato salad and for years I didn't know why I liked it so much. She gave me the recipe and I realized that the secret ingredient is Vinegar. Her recipe calls for 6 table spoons of vinegar but I wasn't satisfied with the taste so I kept adding more vinegar until it reached that unique flavor. I just made a new batch and measured how much vinegar I put, and it was 1 cup but like those 7 ounce drinking cups.

Is this normal is tons of vinegar the secret to a good potato salad?

Update: I will give you guys the recipe. About 6 potatoes, one hand graded carrot, 6 diced pickles 1 drinking cup size of vinegar, 7 T spoon of mayo. I cooked the potatoes with salt in the water. Then I poured a huge amount of ice into the pot to completely cool of the potatoes then I added all the other ingredients.

Jojo part 6 featuring Raven Symone

So IRL, I've been rewatching Jojo with my buddy who's watching for the first time. We were getting to the end of Golden Wind so I guess my mind was anticipating Stone Ocean. I had a dream we went to watch it and it was literally just That's So Raven with Jolyne's hair superimposed on. I kept saying to my buddy things like "oh, it just starts out like this, it'll get to the actual animated part soon" while internally freaking out.

Anyone else deal with a bi parent or older family member in denial?

My parents have been accepting but a little weird. I was talking with my mum about how I'm mostly into women, and she said I might as well call myself straight then. Obviously this made me a bit upset but I was calm and simply explained that if I experience any attraction to men or non binary people as well as women, that makes me bi, regardless of the frequency. She then told me that's ridiculous because everybody has some attraction to the same gender. At this point I stopped being frustrated and just became amused because I know that's not true, and if she thinks that she must be bi herself and not even realize it.
