i am currently using US mobile, i have heard that if i port my number to metro by t mobile , i can get i phone 16e typically for free, ( 100$ upfront + taxes +3 month unlimited plan) and i will get a 100$ mastercard after 3 month to spend on. so if i will select auto pay for my plan it would cost me 50$ per month, so for total it would be ( 100$ upfront + 40$ taxes approximately + 150$ for 3 month - 100$ master card) = 190$ .

i can port out my number to another sim carrier back and will still have the iphone and will not be charged anything more. but still the Iphone would be locked to metro by t mobile for 12 months totals ( 9 months after my 3 month plan).

i am an international student so i have my passport only( also have SSN) will i be eligible for it?

If you have no time to read, all my question is that for having a (cheat sheet) academic integrity violation will affect my f1 status?

I am freshman and its my first unintentional case.

Hi. I am an international student at University at buffalo in USA. I was taking one my course exam 3. I didn't knew we are not allowed to have a cheat sheet.( We were allowed to have in the first two). When i completed my exam i have returned my answer sheet to the TA. And also my cheat sheet as we are supposed to also return it if we are allowed to.

He told me to stop. That was the moment i realized i was not allowed to. They called the professor. He is very nice though. I have proved him like it was unintentional. Like the page was not folded and i given my cheat sheet by myself to the TA. (If i would knew i was not allowed so i would have hidden it , as my exam is already done).

But he has to follow the procedure. Today 3 days later he mailed me about a zoom meeting to discuss the matter. That would be recorded.

Rules are i have to have a meeting with the professor within 10 days the professor informs me .

If i would be caused accused of so i will get F and 0 GPA in that course. I have to retake the course and also take a academic integrity violation course too. Which i have to register for 10 days after the email i would get as the result of the meeting. And complete it within 60 days.(Which is not a main problem, i would complete it)

I have researched and according to it there are very few chances i will get my f1 status violated. But i reached to you if anybody have a similar experience or someone in such situation and know the outcome and what i have to do.

My question are

Will my f1 status be violated?

What can i do?
