the sym-bionic titan update and Dusk rewatch

Today we our announcing our newest update, where our relationship with frustrated blast havers are getting closer, as they find a great outlet here to vent their frustrations over the current mishandling by Bungo. We call this the Sym-bionic Titan update because people Will think it should have lasted longer.

And next we went ahead and put Dusk back in the DVD player for a good rewatch of all the funny moments that got us where we are today.

Lastly, we hit our first goal, having a higher peak unique player count than the steam peak.. And we did this had happened a couple times this week actually., 2 more goals to hit then retirment lol

Bloodborne, a game everyone want remade or a sequel vs Marathon.

I want to thank everyone who was here for the monumentous day. We saw it coming and were ready. as soon as soon as we knew the bot accounts failed to get turned on in the US due to Ai and labor day holiday rules and regulations. All we had to do was order dominos and pull up the steamdb and press F5.

We do everything we had to do today to reach this goal, the next goal will be harder and longer but if we just take it little by little it will be as explosive as this milestone.

Niw if you will excuse my I got too excited and have domino's ranch all over me and must rinse off.

Sub 3k everyone

This week in MarathonHate

It’s been an interesting week in Marathon hate. Blast havers have been loudly celebrating the fact that we still haven’t slipped under 3k concurrent peaks… while we’ve been celebrating a sub-1k low.

The terrible player numbers and the inevitable matchmaking consequences were finally noticed by the industry’s most prominent journalist, Paul Tassi. His masterpiece of an article focused on the thrill of matching the same three people over and over. Naturally, blast havers rushed to make it very clear that they find matches instantly, which only seemed to upset Mr. Tassi further.

In response, he apparently leveraged his considerable influence as the world’s finest games journalist to convince Sony to annoy the blast havers even more by completely omitting Marathon from State of Play. (And they say the media has lost its bite.)

You’d think the last thing the Marathon community needs right now is another enemy with a large platform

And we end the week with this question to ask the marstans "do you even go to this school?"

They are trying real hard, to sell the game. But why pay for a game that requires other players when the other players are leaving.

This week in MarathonHate

Before marathon changes the genre of the Game from Extraction shooter to Pve looter shooter/ Battle Royal. We have decided to change the genre of our sub reddit to now be in the Fishing Genre. The process is straight forward, you lay down bait and see what you reel in.

And on another note with the hype of the Destiny port to PC the numbers for Marathon are staying steady at the sub 4k, so might take a bad update to pull it to sub 3k so keep an eye out for that.
