I got C&C Generals: Zero Hour running on Android with Mali GPU support + full mod compatibility!

Hey everyone,

A while ago, I forked tarek369/GeneralsZH-Android because I wanted to get Command & Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour running properly on devices with Mali GPUs and figure out a way to get custom mods working.

After a lot of debugging, tweaking rendering pipelines, and sorting out texture compression/compatibility issues, I’ve finally got a working build that supports Mali chips and successfully loads mods!

What’s working:

Mali GPU Support: Fixed major rendering artifacts, black screens, and crashes specific to Mali-based Mali/ARM architectures.

Mod Support: Successfully managed to load and run popular community mods without breaking the engine stability.

Controls & Stability: Optimized general performance for mobile play sessions.

If you've been wanting to play Zero Hour on your Adreno/Mali-powered phone or tablet with your favorite mods, feel free to check out the repository, test it out, and let me know how it runs on your specific chipset.

🔗 GitHub Repo: https://github.com/l3ad3r1/GeneralsZH-Android

Feedback, bug reports, and pull requests are always welcome! What mods are you planning to run first?

🚀 Looking for a Non-Technical Co-Founder — Sales & Marketing | DroneHire

Hi Guys

I’m looking for a long-term, high-agency Non-Technical Co-Founder with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to join me in building DroneHire.

I’m not looking for an employee, freelancer, or someone who just wants to advise from the sidelines. I’m looking for a true partner who wants to build the company alongside me—challenge assumptions, talk to customers, acquire our first clients, shape our go-to-market strategy, and help turn DroneHire into a scalable business.

💡 What is DroneHire?

DroneHire is a B2B marketplace and coordination platform connecting commercial drone operators with businesses that need drone-based services and aerial data.

Think:

• Construction and infrastructure inspections

• Agricultural mapping and surveys

• Real estate photography and videography

• Land surveying and mapping

• Industrial inspections and other commercial drone applications

Today, finding reliable drone operators, coordinating projects, managing compliance, scheduling missions, and transferring large aerial datasets is still highly fragmented.

DroneHire aims to bring that workflow into one platform.

🚀 Where the Project Stands Today

This isn’t just an idea on a whiteboard.

I’ve already been working on the foundation:

Market Validation: I’ve spoken with commercial drone pilots and potential customers looking for drone photography, surveying, and other commercial drone services.

The conversations have helped validate several pain points around finding reliable operators, coordination, scheduling, pricing, and managing projects.

Product: High-fidelity mockups, platform concepts, and the core user journey have already been mapped out.

Business Model: The marketplace concept, target customer segments, and initial use cases are being developed and validated.

Now I’m looking for someone who can help me aggressively build the commercial side of DroneHire.

📈 Who I’m Looking For

Ideally, you’re strong in one or more of these areas:

B2B Sales & Business Development: You know how to identify decision-makers, prospect, run discovery calls, build pipelines, negotiate, and close early customers.

Go-to-Market Strategy: You can help figure out which industries and use cases we should attack first rather than trying to sell everything to everyone.

Growth & Marketing: You understand lead generation, partnerships, content, digital marketing, outbound campaigns, and building demand from zero.

Customer Discovery: You’re comfortable speaking directly with construction companies, surveyors, real estate firms, infrastructure companies, drone operators, and other potential users.

Partnerships: You can build relationships with drone companies, pilot networks, industry associations, enterprises, and strategic partners.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone with a founder mentality.

Someone willing to pick up the phone, test ideas, hear “no” repeatedly, change direction when the data says we’re wrong, and do whatever needs to be done to get our first customers.

Experience in drones, aviation, construction, geospatial technology, SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B tech would be a major plus—but it isn’t mandatory.

🤝 Equity

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity with equity, not a salaried job.

I’m open to discussing a fair equity structure with standard vesting so that we’re both protected and aligned for the long term.

📬 Interested? Let’s Talk

Drop me a DM with:

• A quick introduction and your background

• Something you’ve sold, marketed, launched, or helped grow

• Why DroneHire or the commercial drone industry interests you

• Your current availability and what you’re looking for in a co-founder relationship

You don’t need to have founded a startup before.

But you should be someone who wants to build one from the ground up.

Let’s build something real.

Looking for a Technical Co-Founder to help scale DroneHire platform

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a long-term, high-agency Technical Co-Founder to join me in building DroneHire.

I’m a non-technical founder with a strong background in operations and sales. I’m not looking for an employee, a freelancer, or an agency to build something while I sit back. I’m looking for a true partner who wants to shape the product architecture, challenge assumptions, and own the entire technical roadmap while I handle the rest.

💡 What is DroneHire?

DroneHire is a B2B marketplace and coordination platform designed to bridge the gap between commercial drone operators (pilots) and enterprise clients who need aerial data (construction, agricultural mapping, real estate, infrastructure inspection, etc.).

Right now, the process of sourcing licensed pilots, managing airspace compliance, scheduling, and transferring massive gigabyte-heavy aerial datasets is fragmented and broken. DroneHire streamlines the entire pipeline.

🚀 Where the Project Stands Today (My Side of the Work)

I don’t believe in pitching "just an idea." I’ve spent the last few months validating the market and getting my hands dirty:

Market Validation: I have already mapped out the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and spoke with dozens of commercial drone pilots and enterprise level customers looking for drone photography and surveys .

The pain point is verified; they are actively losing time and money on scheduling and working with unreliable drone pilots.

The Business Engine: I will own 100% of the non-technical side—sales pipelines, legal/regulatory compliance frameworks, marketing, customer discovery, and eventually investor pitches.

The Mockups: I have high-fidelity wireframes and a mapped-out user journey ready to go.

🛠️ What I'm Looking For in a Technical Partner

You don’t need to have a background in aerospace engineering (though a passion for hardware, robotics, or aviation is a massive plus). I need a builder who is strong in:

Full-Stack Development: Ability to build a secure, robust marketplace platform from the ground up.

Data Architecture: Comfortable dealing with heavy file handling, cloud storage pipelines, and processing pipelines for mapping data (photogrammetry/LiDAR files).

Builder Mindset: Someone comfortable with early-stage velocity, willing to ship quickly, look at user data, and iterate.

Equity: This is a true co-founder equity-split opportunity (open to standard vesting schedules to protect us both).

📬 Let’s Chat

If you are tired of corporate stagnation or side projects that never go live, let's connect.

Drop me a DM with:

A brief background on what you’ve built or your tech stack of choice.

What excites you about the drone/automation space.

Your current availability for a serious venture.

Let’s build something real.

[Looking for technical Co-founders] Building a plastic bottles → 3D printer filament startup in Hyderabad

Hey Hyderabad!

I'm looking for a technical co-founders (or ops/sustainability expert) to build something I genuinely believe can make a dent in India's plastic crisis — while running as a profitable, scalable business.

🧵 The idea We collect PET plastic bottles (one of the most abundant and cleanest recyclable plastics), process them into high-quality 3D printer filament, and sell to India's fast-growing 3D printing market — makers, engineers, fablabs, and manufacturers. Circular economy in its truest form.

📊 Why now? India generates ~3.5 million tonnes of plastic waste annually. At the same time, the 3D printing filament market is growing ~20% YoY and is mostly import-dependent. We can solve both problems simultaneously — sustainably sourced, locally made filament at competitive prices.

🙋 About me I've worked at two Y Combinator startups and have hands-on experience with early-stage fundraising and VC outreach. I know how to tell a story to investors, navigate due diligence, and build towards a Series A. I'm based in Hyderabad and ready to go full-time on this.

🤝 Who I'm looking for Ideally someone with one or more of these:

→ Manufacturing / plastics processing background → Supply chain or waste management experience → Material science / polymer engineering knowledge → Prior startup experience (any stage)

You don't need to check all boxes. Hustle and conviction matter more than a perfect resume.

💡 What we bring to the table together Fundraising firepower (I'll lead this) + strong ESG narrative for impact investors + a real, tangible product that's hard to argue against. This is the kind of company that writes itself as a pitch deck.

📬 Next steps Drop a comment or DM me if you're curious. Happy to grab chai and talk through the vision. I'm also open to connecting with advisors, potential pilots (e.g. fablabs, colleges, makerspaces), or anyone in the Hyderabad sustainability/recycling space.

Let's build something that actually matters. 🌱
