Not only stop gaming but stop CONSUMING gaming content

Hi, so I find quitting video games to be particularly easy for me but what i really struggle with is stop watching content like video game walkthroughs. As a kid I always liked watching walkthroughs seeing as they were very simple entertaining videos back then like Pewdiepie playing horror video games or other types of long form gaming content. However, with youtube today now everything feels up in my face and i watch solely to watch now. Like if im eating something i'll have a video game video of some video game essay i have no real reason to watch just so i can have something in the background to look at while dining. some days im watching mission alternate endings because it seems interesting even though again it's just wasted time. I'm also just clicking through so many videos and youtube blockers don't work for me since i just turn off blockers anyways.

i don't know what i could do to replace these very fast paced all-up-in-your-face videos.

Hand written notes in med school

Hi, I've always been someone who can digest lecture materials if I take the time and write physical notes as it forces me to slowly go through a lecture - even if it's very inefficient for time - and force myself to try and summarize the material. I've never been an Anki person, growing up I never used a laptop for school until it was high school (and even then most of us still used the usual copybook and pen). iPads, although I see the benefit, still feel awkward to me and at this stage I feel like I would be needlessly switching. I'm worried primarily that I won't retain everything because I'm missing out by summarizing a lot. However, I know for a fact I know what I know because I write it down clearly. Also, taking notes by laptop end up just me copy pasting the lecture notes word for word (+ tab switching or tab splitting is so needlessly exhausting). Should I just stick to what I know works for me, or am I missing out compared to others who embrace tech more? I know half the things I say sound paradoxical, so forgive me for that. I've also put this under the serious flair honestly because I've been feeling so much imposter syndrome since beginning.

One Row Wall Empty Space, what do to?

I have this one wall that expands for two floors that I do not have anything there. I didn't put the stairs along that wall because the transition between floors has this horizontal row of logs that frames the build, which I think looks awkward to see. However, with the stairs now next to it, it creates a 1 block wide empty space that expands to the first two floors as they need stairs up and down. Third floor is fine as I don't have stairs going elsewhere since that's the roof. I just am unsure what to do here. Thank you!
