One partition on internal HDD unaccassable, othrs seems fine

I have an issue with my internal HDD (some old 1 TB Samsung, but forgot the exact model). I have it split on three partitions, plus there is also recovery partition, because I used to have Windows installed there long ago (Windows 8.1 I believe, it's really long time). Two of the three regular partitions are accessible. The last one, unfortunately, is not. And it's the biggest one with very important things (I know I should backup and I did, but some of the newer and very important files are not backed up yet :-( )

Disk Management shows OK and Primary, or something like that. My Windows is in Czech, so, I backtranslate it, hoping you will understand.

Windows asked me for disk check when booting, which I let go, but no help. I also changed the partition's letter, but no help either.

Funny thing I found out is trhat I can access files on that partition if I have them in shortcuts (like last files in Word), buyt not the partition as a whole. This seems very odd to me.

Is there anything I can do to save the partition without losing data, or, at the very least, copy them elsewhere? Or am I out of luck?

Why so many people are putting slippers to sleepwear?

Almost every time I download a family from Sims 4 Gallery I have to remove some stupid slippers they have with their sleepwear. Why people even feel it's right for their Sims to sleep with slippers (or any footwear other than socks, though even those may be odd to some)? If Sims could remove these slippers before going to bed, then that would be different for me. But that's not the case and Sims are keeping their footwear in bed. So, why it is fine for so many Simmers to see their Sims with slippers in bed? I just don't get that. Can someone explain the thought train of Simmers who put slippers to sleepwear? Because for me that's hard to understand.

Still no integration for new Windows 11 context menu

Windows 11 is almost five years old now and so are the new context menu in them. So, why is 7-Zip still ignoring them? It makes zero sense to me. Even WinRAR was able to integrate to them. So, what gives?

And don't go with "revert to Windows 10 context menu" nonsense I saw with so many similar debates here. I don't want to. I like the new menu style, actually. But because 7-Zip still don't want to integrate them, I have to use alternatives. And that's just annoying.

Windows 11 loading too slow all of a sudden

I had an issue where my PC did not recover from screensaver. It totally freezed. So, I hard reseted my PC and all of a sudden, the loading just kept seemingly stuck on the black screen with the Windows logo. So, I kept hard reseting until I was supposed to get to the recovery screen. But that never shown up. I thought it may be because of the heatwave we still have here, so, I let the PC cool down for an hour. After that, I was able to get to the recovery screen and did the Quick Machine Recovery.

Unfortunately, even after that, the loading seemed to be stuck. But since the wheel was still spinning, I decided to let it be. After about ten minutes Windows finally loaded. Everything seemed to be fine, until screensaver hit again and froze. So, I hard reseted the PC again and endured another long loading. After that, I turned the screensaver off.

Then, I tried the obvious things I found on the net: CHKDSK, DISM, SFC. It seemed to help with the screensaver, from my initial testing, where I let it load and then return from it. It doesn't seem to freeze the PC now. But I am still keeping it off for the time being, just to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately, the long loading time is still there and I am starting to worry of the worst, that my system SSD is showing its age. I bought it alongside the CPU, RAM and MB back in September 2021, so, almost five years ago.

My specs:

Ryzen 5 5600X

MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk

32 GB DDR 4 RAM

INNO3D GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Twin X2 16G

System SSD: Kingston KC2500 500 GB

I have one more SSD and three HDDs, but I hope those may not be important.

Your opinion on numpad and games

I was just buying new keyboard and got an advice from seller in electronics store that if I am mostly gaming, I don't need the numpad block, that it only will be dead weight that will take more space on my table. I countered that there still are games that have some functions mapped on numpad. But he said there are always workarounds for these. He only changed his stance when I told him I am also working with numbers in Excel. Only after that he shown me gaming keyboards with numpad.

But this made me thinking. What is your opinion on numpad? Do you agree with this guy that it is useless for gaming? If so, why? If not, why? It surely picked my interest and would like to know what real gamers, not some random seller, actually thinks about this.

Game updates and DLCs not working on Citrron Neo Nightly

The original Citron had this issue about a year ago, but it was fixed pretty quickly. But it seems this issue returned for me. It doesn't matter if I use the update manager function or instal to NAND. Neither seems to stay after relaunching the emulator. I even tried to launch as admin. But no change even then. Do I do something wrong, or did that old bug really returned.

Mesen save location problem

I got the Mesen emulator and instantly found a very big issue: there is no way to force it to save to the ROM folder. Because of this save files from mGBA doesn't work. I know I can move them to the predefined save folder, but I prefer to be able to use them simultaneously. Is there really no way to set the emulator to save to ROM folder?
