Attempted my first lady haircut. How did I do?

Style was requested by the lady. Used shears only. Started by sectioning and cutting the back in fourths, then sides sectioned in halves, then top. Blow dried and then a little fine detail work. Added texture powder at the end to style, but that didn't really do anything.

The top was the most challenging. Being used to men only, determining the appropriate length to take off the top was a little nerve wracking.

No Playback Device Detected After Initially Working

This is a weird one because Mixcraft recorded my electric bass guitar just fine before acting up only when I tried recording my electric guitar. Now, it won't output/monitor either. The ASIO preference doesn't allow me to toggle to headphones. It offers only an "Output 1/Output 2" option. Then the Mixcraft Arm option only allows a choice between "Realtek microphone" and "Scarlet USB" for monitoring. When I test my headset and speakers using Windows, they play just fine.

My workflow:

Guitar --->

Pyle Minihum Eliminator --->

Focusrite Scarlette Solo 3rd gen interface --->

Acer Aspire 3 laptop

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz (3.00 GHz)

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable)

Graphics card Intel(R) UHD Graphics (128 MB)

Storage 85 GB of 238 GB used

Windows 11 Home

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor --->

Mixcraft 9

What I've tried to no avail:

updated Windows OS

updated Focusrite ASIO driver

shortened Focusrite driver name

switched to Wave RT

switched to Wave

matched sample rates

multiple cpu resets

Tips for blending a side fade into the top?

Tried working my way up to the top, but a 4 guard still kept chipping away the bulk too close to the scalp. Should I try fading up to a 7 guard or something?

(I know I still need practice achieving a gradient and getting rid of fade lines.)

Mortgage companies that offer FHA loans for manufactured (trailer) homes with land?

I've seen posters mention this being an option on here but haven't seen any specific mortgage companies listed who provide such mortgages. I have a property I'm looking at hard but have purchased only traditional homes in the past. Was told outright by my current mortgage company that they don't provide loans for trailers. I'm aware of 21st Century Mortgage.

Bellavita Honey Oud vs Lattafa Khamrah vs Montale Honey Aoud?

Want to get one of these for my wife. It’s my understanding that these all smell similar. Since most don’t offer decants (bottles only) to sample, which of the three do you all prefer/suggest and why?

What are the average costs and processes involved with setting up a modular home/tiny home/trailer on a piece of land among the Coastal counties?

And are there businesses/contractors down here that specialize in managing the complete process?

Smelled it everywhere over the weekend. Kind of reminded me of Azarro Most Wanted, Sauvage Elixir, or Oud for Greatness but for women?

If it helps, a couple of my co-workers refer to it as the “TikTok perfume.” One of them mentioned “Honey” in the name, but that may be a dupe and not the actual fragrance.

Smelling it absolutely everywhere right now. To me, it reminds me of Azarro Most Wanted, Sauvage Elixir, or Oud for Greatness?

ETA: If it helps, a couple of my co-workers refer to it as the “TikTok perfume.” One of them mentioned “Honey” in the name, but that may be a dupe of the actual fragrance.
