And according to alleged witnesses like William M Tompkins, Bill Uhouse, and others named and unnamed (via researchers who published their accounts), the companies — like Douglas Aircraft (predecessor of Lockheed Martin), TRW (acquired by Northrop Grumman) — had in-person/in-house verbal and telepathic assistance from NHI beings to reverse engineer the craft since as early as the 1960s.

And supposedly human-made antigravity craft have been manufactured in large numbers since then, often being conflated with NHI UFOs, which the human-made craft supposedly greatly outnumber.

If these witnesses are truthful, it means that the government official stance of “we don’t know how they fly or where they come from” is false.

What is the best theory that fits all of the evidence/testimony?

Is it reasonable to believe that some human companies working secretly have achieved the same?

There is a lot of of testimony from alleged witnesses and people with supposed inside knowledge that suggests that multiple “secret space programs” and breakaway civilizations in modern times have been ongoing without the world at large knowing about it. They have all said that some aspect of the secret cluster of technologies to break the laws of thermodynamics as we know them was developed by various groups in the 1920s-30s and possibly separately in WWII in Germany, in the U.S. aerospace deep state in the 1940s/50s, some of deep states supposed breakaways groups up to today, Russia since maybe the 1960s and China since idk when. A interrelationship between the technologies in the title (I.e. if you find one, you find the others: free energy, antigravity, invisibility, time travel, etc) has been described by various commentators including experts in physics. EDIT: They all involve the laws of thermodynamics somehow being excepted or deviated from in high-energy or high-“torsion” regimes. There are supposedly various modalities involving certain alleged terrestrial and/or exotic materials, high electric potential, rotating magnetic fields, and so on. The various companies would supposedly just have had to keep their capabilities a secret, helped by the unbelievability of the fact that the capabilities, taken to their logical extreme, would allow a submarine refitted with one of these exotic propulsion engines to fly out of the solar system.

Stories were published that the alleged predecessors of the western deep state corporate partners supposedly developed invisibility or teleportation or something by 1943 in the alleged “Philadelphia” “Experiment”.

The aerospace companies, working in classified locations and underground facilities around the US, supposedly developed the technology needed to make exotic propulsion, time travel, and free energy (all seemingly interrelated).

(EDITED:) I think the general theory around UFOs in the subsequent era is that the increases in sightings in 1947 and so on were test craft based on earth that were seen flying low, working unstably, and emitting light, but improved over time to where they could basically dart around invisibly. And alien craft were supposedly starting to be shot down by supposed high power radio transmitters or so called scalar weaponry.

According to a whistleblower who heard indirectly, that Steven Greer cites along with what he says are corroborating witnesses (I forget exactly what the details are), controllable electrogravitic propulsion was “reduced to practice” in October 1954 and probably the “cabal” that controlled the technology portfolio at the time in terms of paying to keep the lights on in the facilities and everyone’s salaries, has/had first-mover advantage.

(EDIT) Various commentators, including experts in physics and people who would be in the know, have theorized or asserted that the aerospace and science companies working with the government in the late 1940s and 1950s compartmentalized some of these exotic physics development programs and caused, through indirect pressure via funding control and other mechanisms, mainstream academia to avoid the speculation/theorizing that might lead them to these areas. This is obviously helped by the fact that the supposed exotic technological capabilities in the title (gravitational inertia control, time manipulation, quantum vacuum “free” energy) are all basically prima facie violations of the 1st and/or 2nd laws of thermodynamics — principles which virtually no one questions, and for very good reasons based on centuries of publicly known science.

William Cooper said that the U.S. and Soviet Union already had a joint moon base in the early 60s when Kennedy promised to go there.
(I suspect this claim is reconcilable with the claim that some or all of the moon landings and public portrayals of space travel was/is faked)

Multiple people, including Laura Eisenhower and, I believe, Amy Eskridge , have said they were asked to live on a Mars breakaway civilization that they were told was established in I believe the 60s but not sure.

Andrew Basiago claimed that the U.S. established controllable time travel portals and multiple “modalities” of time travel (including “jump rooms”) by the early 1970s and that he traveled to Mars in small groups and sometimes individually in the 1980s, corroborated by two people who were also supposedly involved, Brett Stilling and Bernard Mendez.

William Tompkins said that the U.S. was making kilometer size electrogravitic motherships when Jimmy Carter was president. Carter may or may have been briefed on that. Meanwhile, in what may or may not have been a separate briefing, he supposedly had an emotional moment when learning that the alleged aliens allegedly created humans as some kind of life experiment.

Since the 80s, dozens of people have described being in a so-called “20 and back” program under the control of clandestine secret space programs (including groups descended from each of the ones I mentioned above) with various levels of corroborating details among them. Many of them have also said that they met aliens and had inside knowledge of the existence of other secret space programs/ breakaway civilizations and alien civilizations, including clandestine earth-based underground civilizations in places like Antarctica, that have geopolitical/trade relationships, rivalry/cooperation and/or conflict with each other.

In the 90s, alleged deep state operatives allegedly did an incredible number on Jonathan Reed, who found an alleged subterranean grey-like alien and who supposedly only barely scraped by with the evidence he did preserve. According to what Reed said that the alien communicated to him, was working for, or created by, some kind of Nordic or Pleaidians (at least one group of whom the U.S. deep state has supposedly been in business with since the 50s),. This shows —assuming most of the evidence and testimony isn’t faked which in some cases has supposedly been proven fabricated —that the companies have somehow had cooperation with ETs, perhaps their counterparts, for operational security of whatever it is they’re supposedly up to, (EDITED) according to a hypothesis I would argue is consistent with all the evidence. (Another hypothesis is that the evidence is faked or whatever. I’m definitely open to that’s hypothesis too. No one wants to be made a fool of)

(EDITED) Numerous published supposed insiders have alleged routine clandestine terrestrial and non-terrestrial contact with ETs from the 1960s through as recently as a few years ago and supposedly ongoing.

If all of this is true, I think it is obviously very unfair and something should be done about it. But, unsurprisingly, there is no proof of any of the allegations. Virtually all of the supposed witnesses (EDIT: for most of whom there are extensive hours long video interviews or books of their allegations/descriptions of their experiences) have been described as having either fabricated their assertions or evidence, engaging in questionable or criminal behavior.
