Sometimes Kramer and Holly look like baby seals

Hi all! I’m in the process of growing out my hair from a pixie (last year). My hair is driving me bananas.

What do you all think would be flattering for my face shape? I have very straight and fine hair. I’m thinking I should grow out my bangs or swoop them to the side like in the picture.

Any and all ideas welcome 😊 thank you!
