Upcoming deadline for public comment on ATF biological sex rule
If you aren’t already aware ATF has proposed a rule that would require sex on federal firearms forms to mean an individual’s classification as either male or female, excluding gender identity. It’s framed as clarifying how to interpret and fill out sex in ATF regulations and forms, but in reality it would force gun buyers to answer a medical question in a way that may not match their government IDs, and mistakes could carry serious criminal penalties.
At a minimum this measure would add further bureaucracy to our constitutional access to firearms without improving public safety while increasing the risk of criminal exposure for transgender and intersex people.
If you disagree with the federal governments actions here, then please submit a public comment opposing it before August 4th.

Armed queers don’t get bashed
My heart is full with the reception we received marching in the parade this year, I can't tell you how much of an honor it was to be a part of this event and I look forward to many more in the future. I tried my best to handout stickers to those who went above and beyond in their vocal support for us, and my only regret is that I didn't have more to give! It's a great problem to have, and I can't thank my community enough for showing out on Sunday.

Upcoming Low Light Match 6/19
Here’s the info for the next low light comp if anyone is interested. You don’t need to own nods, just have a weapon mounted light on either a rifle or pistol depending on what you prefer. If you do have nods, there are divisions for that too.
