Please help installing a RAR file?

50 year old guy needing help here..

I installed an RAR file in mo2 and it's fine it comes up it even says the file name on the menu inside SOE and replaces the monitor it's supposed to..but it's blank there is no monitor.. any ideas?

Transfer Settlements HELP PLEASE

Any blueprint for zimonja once I click import on the terminal the screen goes black and just stays there... A couple times it will come back and say

"FAST TRAVEL FAILED"

could not locate fast travel target"

Otherwise it just sits on black while the radio plays

If I go to any other settlements the blueprints import just fine!
