Neighbours window looks directly onto my back door and yard. What are my options?

As you can see in this picture, my neighbours window (in the red circle) is on the boundary line and looks directly onto my back door and yard space. (Green lines all my windows and back door.)
The brick is cut around the window leading me to believe that it is not an original feature.

It was already like this when I moved in. I’m not sure how long it has been there for but what are my options as I’d firstly like more privacy but also I’m thinking of extending to that section!

Odd shape and a tiny bathroom!

I’m buying this house and will be changing the layout slightly but I’m getting stuck with upstairs.

Issues:
Bathroom needs to be bigger
Both rooms connect (no wall or door at one section)
Stairs feel the wrong way. They go up from the back door not the front.

Any suggestions appreciated 👍

Why so dry?

I really struggle with my feet. I use a pumice once a week and moisturise probably 3 times a week with a urea cream but my toes / nails always seem really dry!! Any suggestions??

Am I walking into an expensive trap?

I’m (FTB) considering purchasing a house which has loft space that’s currently being used as storage. This is what the listing says:
‘Stairs from the landing rise to the converted loft space which would provide an ideal office space – please be advised that there are no building regs in place – sold as seen.’

My understanding is that if I purchased the property I could still use the space storage however if I wanted to convert it into a habitable space, I would need to get building regulations in place which could cost thousands.

In addition to this if I were to purchase and use it a storage space, I believe the seller would be required to provide an indemnity insurance policy.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!! 👍

EDIT: I am time bound, really like the house, this is the only potential issue with it.

HOW do I stop binge eating as soon as I get home?

When I’m at work, I’m completely controlled with what I eat however once I get home, I stuff everything in my mouth that I can lay my hands on then inevitably lie on the sofa feeling disgusted in myself!! what tips and tricks can I use to stop this madness?! 😭

Buying a house, should I be worried?! 😦

I’m in the running to buy a house but have noticed the bricks at the bottom of most of the external walls look mouldy / damaged. I’m yet to have it surveyed, but should I be worried?

Create a driveway

Please help me create a driveway with a path connecting to the front door.
The drive will have to go on the right due to the porch taking up space but the gate is currently on the far left!
