B25 Red Ostrich. Bought 1/26 from trusted rehomer. Info from orig listing: H 🏭, hand sewn. Comes with lock/key/clochette. I've never used it (but it was used I believe). Stickers off. Comes with rocking horse charm and dust bag.
Paid $550, offering for $525 incl shipping
RFR - turns out I'm not a B25 or an ostrich girl.

B29 - Just bought 6/26 from trusted reseller. I love this bag - and I would keep it if I didn't have really fat arms - it's not working for me as a shoulder bag 😢 lock/key/clochette, stickers off/feet on. Comes with twilly and dust bag.
Paid $275, offering for $275 incl shipping.

HAC 32

Hi - does anybody have a HAC 32? Do you love it or is it too blocky looking? I’ve got my eye on one and it’s so pretty in the pictures but i feel like it’s just too tall. My general carry preference is a Birkin 30, with a 35 for work. This is taller than the 35. Help?

Who's a pretty girl?

Welcome home, pretty girl!!! Solar scores again!! The leather is gorgeous - soft and textured with nice veining (I'm weird - I like heavy veining on dark leather and less on light - this delivers). Hardware color is on point. This is my Fall bag - how many months???

Bag Seller keeps bundling my bags for sale

Is it just me? Posher who basically just sells bags keeps adding my bags for sale to a bundle, and asking for big bundled discounts. Obviously, so they can resell them on their page for more. I find this obnoxious and am likely going to just block them. Oversensitive or are they jerks?

Beat up lizard vintage - worth it?

Throwing this out there. My local designer thrift has a 30 year old Kelly 28 in blue lizard. Meets all the authenticity checks. BUT it has seen better days - the skin is showing some fading, handles have wear and a little cracking. I haven't had exotic before - can that be touched up/revived like regular leather? It's a great deal, and I'm willing to put some money into refurbishing but not if lizard doesn't respond well. I'm not looking for "as new" - just not "oh, you poor dead bag"

Spa Requests

I sent 2 bags to Spa. A junior SA took them from me and apparently communicated none of the things I specifically requested. Three months later they call to give me a quote for repairs that don’t include the things I specifically asked for. The SA from my store that called with this happy news said they’ll have to go back and request the items that should have been included - no timeline for a new quote. And of course no timeline for the repairs. Is this a typical interaction with Spa? You’d think it would be a little more organized? I feel like I should just make them ship everything back as is and use one of the very qualified leather craftsman out there.

Spoiler - Expecting something else?

Torturing myself with watching again - did I miss this the first 5 times, or did it look like Aziraphale was fully expecting Crowley to choose him and put everything back the way it was - and was shocked when he chose humanity? Michael Sheen’s face moves at lightening pace - but that’s the face of an angel expecting a declaration of love - and not getting it. I think I was possibly so pissed off at the past 80 minutes that I missed this part.

Birkin in Swift - bad idea?

I have been on the hunt for a Birkin 30 in red, and I found one. Fair price, just the right deep red - but it’s in Swift. Gorgeous color, and I love the feel of it. I am not precious about my bags - I use them (not abuse, but stuff gets toted around), but I’m concerned Swift may just be too delicate. I don’t need a bag I can’t use regularly. Overthinking or go get the bag? (I should add that there is another option in Togo, but it has absolutely been beaten up by its last owner, and would need Spa - lots of Spa.)
