So I got 20 hours in DD and so far I think it is good game but bit repetitive for me. Also my personal problem in game is that I get too attached to my heroes. I already lost Reynauld and Dismas and 2 other parties.

But I love the style of the game. I would say that I recommend this game if you like punishing games and dungeon crawlers. This is my first time playing dungeon crawler and I would say it was okay.

Now comes my reviewing part (WARNING: SPOILERS!!!):

I completed Inscryption on 100% (including Kaycee Mod). It took me around 30 hours. I really enjoyed the game and it is in my top 10 favourite games. I will split my experience in 4 parts to tell what I liked and what I didn't liked about each part.

Act 1:

&gt;!In my opinion best Act of the game. I liked everything about it. All 3 bosses have their own ost and strategy. You can feel atmosphere of the game. Cards are unique and you can build a lot of combos. The events on map are also greats. And how story progresses is excellent (with talking cards and standing up from table)!<

&gt;!My least favourite boss was Trapper/Hunter. I like his second phase but first phase is so annoying with these frogtraps. The last boss was also epic. Everything was so dark and intense. I think I beated Leshy with Mantis God strategy (which is my second favourite strategy to play). But my favourite card combo are ants. I like their unique mechanic of increasing shared damage.!<

&gt;!The Game Over is also made interesting that you make your own card from you deck cards. I never saw something like that. The puzzles I found okay. Some of them were hard but possible. I think only downside of Act 1 is that it is too short.!<

Act2:

&gt;!Act2 is my least favourite part of the game. I found it most difficult and grindy. In game character is walking slow what annoyed me when I forgot something on other side of the map (like completing achievements).!<

&gt;!I chose Grimora at start because I liked the idea of having skeleton deck. I would say Act 2 comparing to Act 1 is okay/mid. There isn't much what to say. Only I can say that I had difficulties with beating Trader in Leshy's house. From there it was easy when I combined skeleton deck with animal deck.!<

&gt;!Out of all bosses was Grimora the most boring one. And last thing that I want to mention in this Act is that I loved the STIMULATION wizard!<

Act3

&gt;!I think Act 3 is the best ending of the game. If game would end on Act 2 I would be disappointed. At first I found robot cards with energy cost hard at first. But after time I got used to it. I loved all 4 bosses and their unique mechanics.!<

&gt;!My favourite bosses were Archivist and Golly. I love when games use your files or when they add friends from steam into game. My favourite card was STIMULATION wizard who I fully upgraded. The puzzles in this Act were hard for me (maybe I'm dumb). I needed internet guide for last puzzles!<

&gt;!At this point I should tell about Finale/Ending. And honestly... It was very well done especially Leshy part (I didn't care about Grimora or Magnificus). That ambient in background.. Our old card deck which won Leshy.. How Leshy felt nostalgic and asked to continue to play with him when he already lost.. His comments which weren't filled with negativity.. And hand shake at the end. It is absolute cinema. At the end I was already tearing up and I didn't want to leave him. But ending was shocking for me that Luke was shot.!<

&gt;!Achievements until Act 3 are well done. As a person who likes completing Achievements I can agree.!<

Kaycee Mod:

&gt;!I'm thankful for devs that they made Act 1 as rogue like. I liked completing most of the challenges . With starter packs it is bit different. I think only like 4 starter decks are playable and fun. And other part is only for masochists and achievements. My favourite starter pack were ants (I think you could guess it). But later on I used Mantis God starter pack.!<

&gt;!There are only 2 things I don't like in Kaycee Mod. First thing is the Skull Storm achievement. I hated to play on all challenges. I spent hours and was hopeless. I was already ready to use cheats but I didn't. And in accident I beat it with Mantis God who had bifurcated strike and copy of itsef from totem.!<

&gt;!Second thing is my personal little problem. I want to make my cards after I lose. But instead I just loose.!<

&gt;!I would say the story of the game is okay and interesting. And for the most part understandable. This is why I liked it.!<

Last Words:

I got to know this game already 4 years ago from youtuber named Vitec Play (russian speaking youtuber) but forgot about it. Back then I didn't had laptop to play video games that I wanted and now I completed it. I feel bit nostalgic about time that I was smaller and I wanted to play this game. How I facepalmed when youtuber misplaced cards. Now I misplaced my cards in game.

To those who are unsure about buying this game. Buy it and give it a try. For that exists refund if you really don't like it. The game is now on summersale and has 60% discount (costs 7,99€). It isn't so expensive.

Basically what title says. I want honest insight into my drawings because I feel that I stopped improving and started to draw worse. I started to draw seriously and digitally 2 years ago and I love it. Before I just drawn sometimes on paper and didn't learn fundamentals and etc. About my "artstyle". I can only say that it looks basically like "newbie's artstyle" in which most beginners draw. (I hope you got it). If you need it I use Krita for drawing and I draw on sketchpad. The image order is from most recent (first) and to oldest (last). I chose those arts that I like the most. Maybe I am just too critic on myself or I am just beginner who complains a lot or It is just my subjective opinion. But I am thankful to people who arre saying kind words that they like my arts. Unfortunately I don't feel same. If possible please write maybe the recommendations or good "learning-stuff" that could improve my drawing skills.

S-712228 was sent to Rimworld to get so called "Persona Core". The scientist are interested into getting it. Also they want to test Expies at how good are they at infiltrating and overall spying. The S-712228 was chosen on this mission because this experiment was considered the most loyal and critical-thinking specimen during the tests. S-712228 has communication access to scientists via walkie-talkie and if any resources are needed they are sent to Expie. S-712228 spied on one colony for a few days and they managed to gather information about it's outside base's construction and approximately citizen count.

S-712228 wants to befriend and gain trust from this colony and get information about Persona Core. Their first planned step will be to pretend being a exotic trader from far away and trader with colony. But S-712228 doesn't know what to trade with. Only thing what comes in their mind is some fentanyl because when spying Expie got information that for these few days colonists are having a lot of mental breaks. This would make them consider S-712228 as helpful and trustful. S-712228 contacts the scientists (you reader) and tells the whole situation. What you will say?

So yeah. Just type what else could Expie trade with (other comments are also allowed. Don't worry about it!) The second part will be posted on both Rimworld and C:U subreddit to make it really look like infiltrating into the rimworld subreddit. This is my 11 year old colony named Tri-State. Ideology's main idea is Republic (Ideology Expanded mod), so colony has 3 leaders. In total colony has 19 colonists. I played on even more easier version of community builder difficulty. I wanted to make large base without major raids.

2# image:

Colonies west side. Here live 7 colonists. The circle shaped bedrooms are for colonists. Square shaped barracks are for guests or refugees. In the middle are located hospital, prison, storage room, workshop and classroom. The kitchen and food storage is on the left. On the left is recreation room. Up is located graveyard. Unfortunately one colonist is contained there, a stillborn.

Colonies east side. Here live 8 colonists and is more important part of colony. Everything is almost same as west side. Here are 2 storage rooms, 3 laboratories, workshop for crafting high-advanced stuff and room with infinite chemfuel producer.

This is centre of the colony. Here live 4 colonists who are leaders and moral guide. Inside the building is the ritual room. In between these buildings are rice and cotton plantations and wind turbines.

To defend colony we have installed gun turrets. For comfortable walking and transporting, here are roads and street lanterns. In case gun turrets aren't enough, every colonist have assault rifle (even kid).

(Text below is continuing of my own made mini-story. Here is the post with part 1. This post will be long.)

I can finally continue to write in my diary. I wrote last page around 3 days ago. I had reason for not writing daily.

The chip installed somewhere behind my neck started to beep and in my health panel was shown that I need to hurry up. I didn't want to risk it and wait until something happens. I already saw few others of my kind with blown off heads. I assume that is consequence for disobeying. And I needed to go either way deeper because of this dumb mission.. Like they can't take their lost technology themselves..

Currently we are in second layer of this planet. The air in here is chilly. The beeping stopped and warning disappeared. From that beeping I and creature couldn't sleep properly. Our sleeping spots were already bad. We slept once on a clay and other day on rocky surface. My back doesn't thank me for that.

In these 3 days we encountered 2 drop pods but we couldn't sleep there. In one was some humanoid being who honestly looked ugly. And it's sharp teethed mouth didn't gave trust either. Even if we some why stayed there then we wouldn't. This humanoid was aggressive against the creature and of course I won't let my friend be hurt by some freak. The second drop pod was blocked by rocks and scrap. Breaking bottom of drop pod would take ages.

I forgot to mention that in these last 3 days earthquakes were more often then usually. And as in purpose it happened in the middle of our sleep. So we lost our foliage bag and to get it back we spent like half a day.

Now about the creature. In the last written page I didn't know what to with it. From one side I felt emphatic for this creature because it was all alone like myself. I imagine myself in this situation if I would be the creature. I wouldn't like to be left alone in this drop pod. Also the creature is by itself weak and innocent... or rather bit dumb. I don't want to describe my friend so negative. The other point for taking creature was that I needed some company. Now I can't imagine surviving alone without creature. Without it I would go insane. The other alive humanoids like me were most of the time insulting me, making sarcastic remarks or just being defensive. I understand them. Being cautious and defensive is our defensive instinct and we shouldn't trust everyone but.. If we support each other then we can survive longer and finally get that lost technology together. But no, of course not! Everyone are complete opposite and being self-fish.

But of course having companion like creature have it's downsides like extra mouth to feed. And I need to protect both myself and the creature from all kind of dangers.. Unfortunately today I couldn't protect the creature and it got badly injured and it suffers from pain... I feel like guilty because I promised to protect it and here I broke my promise. Though I think the creature doesn't understand everything that I say to it because sometimes it doesn't listen what I say or just stare at me with it's big eyes.

I don't know if the creature is from my species or something mixed. The creature is very small compared to me. Also it doesn't have horns, orange tip of tail and eyes like me. And the most obvious difference that it cannot speak or doesn't talk with me on purpose. I don't know... I think the most unsettling detail for me about the creature was that it has a red blood like by human scientists. Maybe the creature is some kind of sub-specie of human which was made by experiments. I saw blood when creature get injured. How I couldn't see it. Blood was leaking out of it!

Now that the creature is recovering and I think.. What should I do if creature will need a extra blood to stay alive? Can I inject my blood or I need to find specifically a red blood?

Anyway, let me describe how we are surviving together to let these thoughts go away. So, the cooperation between me and creature until now is good. Creature seems to see bit better in darkness then me. Like that creature saved me few times from spiders who were sitting in dark corners. Also when checking and collecting for resources creature helps a lot. Creature can get in narrow holes or cracks in these cave systems where I need to dig whole way. And if it understands me right then creature collects item which I wanted and brings back. The geofruit collecting is also a lot easier. Now I don't need to chop whole tree to get geofruit. I only need to take creature in my paws and lift it up. Only problem is that creature eats geofruits first because apparently it loves them.

Also I kinda understood what does creature means with sound like "Meow". When it says that it wants my attention. And when we are going to sleep together, creature always somehow makes rumbling trough it's whole body. At first I thought it was bad but later I found pretty calming. I tried to do it myself but I couldn't. Another thing is once I got dirty and creature tried to groom me with it's tongue. I stopped it because I found it gross to lick others when you licked yourself. But is still appreciated it's offer.

The last thing that I want to write about is what happened not so long ago. So at start we were going deeper like usually. Creature saw a spider and wanted to jump on it. I don't know why exactly creature wanted to attack it. Creature just meowed previous times. It was dangerous to the creature if spider bites it. They are venomous as far as I know. This is why I grabbed creature in my arms. I don't know what was in it's mind but creature scratched me in cheek. I dropped the creature and I got very emotional. I was already tired at this moment and I felt somehow betrayed by creature. Like friends don't hurt friends.. But it got worse because creature was puffing up and hissing at me. That was all happening by cliff and creature slipped off by accident. When I heard thud and activated trap.. My heart stopped for moment...

I hurried to cliff and flash lighted in there. I saw a activated long spike trap with red blood on it and nearby laid creature struggling to move. I got down. I didn't know how to treat creature. I didn't have any dressing or antiseptic. The creature's right paw was complete destroyed. It had a hole in it with broken bone. My head was dizzy and I wanted to vomit. It is one thing when you are hurt and when your important one is hurt. I ripped off my foliage bag to make improvised dressing. When I finished dressing creature's paw, I took it and headed to somewhere safer.

And now we are here by lighted up campfire. Me writing and creature sleeping. I think creature won't be able to step on it's right front paw for a long time. You need either very good medicine and time or just very much times. Also if creature gets infection on it's paw then we will need to take extreme solutions like amputating... We don't have any antiseptics and using glowplants is bad idea because health of muscle will drop critically and creature will get another infection in short time... I just hope it will get better. I think it is enough of writing. My eyes are closing..

Congratulations, you read whole thing! I hope you enjoyed my creation at least a little bit. As for me, I think I wrote too much this time and part 1 is way better than part 2. I made part 2 of this story because I wanted to tell more about this couple but I think I kinda messed up in this part. It got more like diary-wise. I don't plan to touch this couple again. We got a new colleague in our department! He appeared so suddenly that we though he was escaping or something like that. I would describe him as awkward but it is always so by newbies. So we took a selfie with him (we do it always with our newbies. Kinda our tradition here). Now need go back to work. Recently escaped two specimens: one Milky and one Expie. We need to find them fast as possible that they won't escape. Also our co-worker Josh disappeared somewhere without a warning..

This quick art is made by me. The idea of Milky and Expie- I mean scientist! The idea is from u/UltraSteelMachine's recent drawing. I just wanted to redraw it quick in this situation. If honestly this time I didn't care much about background (no idea what to draw in BG) because the heat in my place is so high that my brains just melts. And from that art looks rather bad (honestly and don't say otherwise). I just want faster autumn to not have this warmth. (╥﹏╥)

(Text below is mini-story. So, yeah. It is pretty long)

Today I opened a drop pod. I expected to see someone or at least locked chest with something but only found this creature. At first I though it was enemy because others like spiders aren't friendly and are unwilling to not attack. But this black creature huddled in corner from fear. Honestly I was scared too but I wanted to sleep so bad that I couldn't walk straight. I inspected rest of drop pod's inside and dropped in opposite corner from creature. Between us chest was closed. The creature looked to calm down because it's fur wasn't so puffy and their tail was lowering. I laid my flashlight and foliage bag nearby myself. Then hugged by legs and laid on side because I prepared to sleep. I didn't really care if this creature would attack me. If I feel pain or some movement nearby then I have flimsy knife. It should be enough for defense because the creature looks rather weak and small. But I don't have intentions to attack it first. The corpses outside are already enough for me to shudder. And I feel asleep. Next day I felt something warm and felt some rumbling by my side. The creature wasn't in sight. Then slowly I looked from rumbling source and I saw it sleeping by my side. I didn't dare to move. Does it do something to me? Will I die? Or I'm overthinking? I slowly took out my knife just to be prepared. As I was about to pull it out, the creature opened it's big eyes and said something quietly. It sounded like that "Meow" or "Meau". I just starred at it. I didn't know what to do. And the creature starred back at me. Creature looked rather friendly than hostile. We starred like that maybe few minutes and then creature moved slowly to my bag and sniffed it. Creature nudged my bag with it's small snout and looked back at me. It wanted me to open it and showed to it what was inside. There was my flimsy knife which I tried to pull out, some dressing, bottle with groundwater, some bobflesh and geofruit. The creature snatched with it's mouth part of bobflesh and ate it. It seemed to enjoy it but I felt bit unfair that it eats my food. So this is why I ate rest. So we ate in pure silenece interrupted by munching and chewing sounds. I wanted to appear friendly to the creature and this is why I tried to share with my geofruit. It's fluid did spill out a bit. I laid this part to the creature. It ate and seemed to enjoy it too. After like 10 minutes of observing the creature again I began to start packing up and going deeper. I opened chest. There was some unknown medicine and some blueprints of medium batteries. While I done it, the creature looked at me sitting in the center of the room. When I was leaving the creature stepped infront of me but I still needed to go deeper because that is the goal of my life. When I was aproxiametly like 10 meters away from opened drop pod collecting materials like foliage. I heard again that weird sound (Meow) from creature. But this time It was louder and more consistent. After an hour I was still around because I felt somehow uneasy leaving it. And also it seemed to be desperate that I come back. I gave up... I collected bit more food and headed back. When I was back, the creature stopped making these sounds. It's tail was up and it's eyes looked directly at me. It gone inside the drop pod like maybe inviting me inside and I stepped in. I fed it a bit. I planed to spend another night here because I can't leave it all alone. So I made pushups, squats and general sport to not lose a day for nothing. When I laid again to sleep, the creature laid itself more closer to me this time. I was sitting-sleeping. I woke up and the creature slept on my lap making rumblings what felt.. nice. I didn't want to interupt it's sleep but I needed seriously to head out this day. I tried to gently lift the creature from my laps. And when I did it the creature was of course awake. But it was somehow amusing how creature's body looks when holded. Also it's fur was like mines: soft but bit blacker. And the creature was very light like empty barrel that I encountered once. Now I don't know what to do... with this small.. fluffy.. creature.

I hope you like it what I wrote and drew! This mini story wasn't planned at all. I just wanted to post this art but I found it boring. So I decided to make a little story but you see how this "little" story is long. But I just enjoyed it and I think it is most important thing.

I have such a strange question because I continue to see comment on russian or russian memes in this subreddit. I'm also a russian speaker myself (I'm latvian after nationality) and it is so confusing and funny for me to see something from russian community when you are yourself in there. So, приветики (this is one of the ways how to say hi on russian) from me!

I was inspired or more traumatized by that one in game note where chipped expies tried to get on surface but when stepped outside were fried from inside. Also there isn't any info about how grey planet on surface even looks like. So, this is my interpretation. And I am sorry for that one Expie in drawing, who feels bad about it. :(
