Where should I start learning to code without LLMS?

I’m really embarrassed to admit but I fell into bioinformatics during the time when ChatGPT was first released and due to pressures I ended up relying quite heavily on it for doing almost all of the coding for my academic work. I don’t want to be a vibe coder but I feel so overwhelmed and don’t know what I should know by heart and how much I can rely on llms. I have some important commitments coming up and I don’t want to mess this up. Do you have any advice on how to become a better coder? Where do I even start??

How to help bring about change in communication style?

Me and my partner have had this issue since we met and I was hoping it can be a problem that can be worked on. I’m open to change, myself included. I really want to know how to help him be more reassuring with his words, and emotionally attuned. I feel I am asking the moon from him and he gets super defensive no matter what I say, how gently I bring things up, how many “I” statements I use… anytime I tell him how I feel (usually an insecurity related to our relationship) he takes it badly and reacts to me, and the best case scenario is he doesn’t really know how to say the reassuring thing I’m looking to hear. It’s been 4 years and I’ve given him countless examples on how to create that connection and safety I was looking for but he keeps reacting. Should I give up? Is the problem me for asking for reassurance in the first place? Everytime I bring something up I end up feeling more unsafe and insecure. Please someone help.

Tldr: how can I help my partner learn to be more reassuring?

If you’re with someone you consider your dream person/soulmate what made you think that?

What qualities or behaviour do they have that made you believe this is your forever person? Like the I can’t live without you type of love.

Why does sexual betrayal hurt so much compared to other types of betrayal?

Just wondering what is it about your partner sleeping with someone else that feels so destructive to your core? There are so many instances and types of betrayal that can happen between two people but they get over it. why is it that when it involves sex it feels this devastating and ends the relationship? Why does it hurt so much?

How much do you lie to your spouse?

I really need to understand if I expect too much honesty with another person, I feel I am at this point starting to go crazy. I genuinely thought your spouse should be the one person you don’t really keep secrets from and you live your most honest truth with. Someone you don’t ever need to change the narrative with, and who can be totally open with about almost anything. That to me is True intimacy. But apparently this is controlling behaviour.
So what I want to understand is how often do you lie to each other? This includes all lies, little lies like I didn’t put any sugar in my coffee this morning, to big life changing lies like I slept with the neighbour…
What’s normal??
Tldr: how often do you lie to your spouse?

Can someone be really honest with me?

Infidelity occurred 3 months into the relationship with a messy situation with their ex, they broke up with me and went back to the ex the same day. We were friends for a year, and exclusive by the 3months mark, saying ILY. Everything has been fine ever since the infidelity, no suspicious behaviours, no contact with ex.

Should I just let it go and forgive? Is the problem me?

Why can’t I let it go

Betrayal occurred within the first 3months of the relationship and it still haunts me but it’s been 3.5 years since it happened. Despite attempts at reconciliation I still feel sick thinking about it and obsess over details of it on a daily basis. I’m going crazy and I don’t know what to do.
Has anyone else experienced infidelity at the start of the relationship? Did you manage to overcome and how?

How would you handle the ex?

If you starting to talk to a new girl you’re interested in and a few months into the conversations she tells you her ex (broke up 2 months ago) is moving back into her flat because he very genuinely couldn’t find another place at the time and would be leaving as soon as he could. He sleeps in a separate room, and she tells you there’s nothing going on between them as she is in love with you. Would you trust she’s not sleeping with him?

Men with ED, how nervous are you the first time?

I’m wondering how men with ED handle sleeping with someone that they’re really interested in for the first time. Do you do anything beforehand to make yourself feel more ready for it? Does it affect who you date, whether you date at all? Have you had bad experiences or been rejected for it? Or do you think you would be rejected for it?
