Hi everyone,
I have two offers with almost the same salary. One is in Chennai, where I already have accommodation, and the other is through Zenandart on a third-party payroll, with Goldman Sachs as the client in Bangalore.
I have 4.2 years of experience in Linux administration and want to move towards DevOps and cloud.
My questions are:
Will Goldman Sachs client experience add value to my resume if I switch after one year?
Is there a realistic chance of getting converted to a permanent Goldman Sachs employee?
Considering Bangalore’s living expenses, is relocating worth it when the salary is the same?
Would appreciate advice from anyone who has worked at Goldman Sachs through a third-party payroll. Thanks!

Hello Guys currently i have been working with TCS for last 4 years and i have selected for BIG four services company dont want to reveal the name earlier they were ok with 90 days now they want me to join by this week and i have literally a month or so there and they are not even offering joining letter now i want to look for another job can someone please help me for a hob referral with Deloitte or UST global it will be a huge help for me

Hello everyone,
I’m 29M and currently working in a service-based company as a Linux Administrator, with experience in Linux, Windows, and virtualization.
Recently, I received a call from Philips for a Senior Linux/AIX role. After an initial discussion, I completed 5 rounds of interviews, and we then discussed the compensation and notice period. They were initially okay with my 90-day notice period, so I resigned based on that understanding.
However, after I resigned, they are now asking me to join by September 1st or 3rd, otherwise they may revoke the offer. I currently have around 32 days remaining in my notice period.
Meanwhile, I’m receiving calls from companies such as PwC, EY, and other Tier-2/Tier-3 companies, but many are asking about my availability/willingness and not proceeding with the interview because of the notice-period situation.
I’m therefore looking for referrals or opportunities for roles such as:
Linux Administrator / Senior Linux Administrator
Windows Administrator
Virtualization Engineer
Linux + VMware Administrator
Linux/AIX Administrator
If there are any relevant openings in your organization, I would really appreciate a referral or an opportunity to interview.
