Hello! Just a little confused by my chart. I have never had this happen before I am also new to this. This is only my second or third cycle using Natural Cycles.
My sleep schedule was a little different last night .
I took a late nap from 4 to 7 PM (which oura counted as my sleep). Then I was up a couple of times thereafter..
Is that what could be throwing off my temp today??
I don’t know what to even say. I’m struggling.
I used to see 23 a lot, and the 23rd of every month something bad would happen for years.
And now over the last year I’ve been seeing angel numbers like crazy DAILY.
Going through a lot mentally emotionally and physically.
I am in therapy and see my dr tomorrow.
Just wondering about numbers ultimately. There’s got to be a reason right? :(
No dip in temperature during my period? Period has also been quite strange. Tested negative for HCG.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I did a quick google search and endometriosis stuff popped up… I made an appt to see my primary doctor.
I’m so confused as to why my ovulation date changed..

My temp dipped but why would that completely change my ovulation date? I didn’t get LH strip test because there was a delay in shipment to receive them on time for this cycle.
I also have Natural Cycles. It matched the first ovulation date, but now with this change with Oura that changed as well.
Any input or experience with this? Thank you 💕
I am over a year postpartum. Working on weaning and finally got ovulation confirmation. I did wake up to major signs and this morning. (Due to age, we are hoping to have another soon).

Does anyone else have experience with minor signs at or around ovulation??? I just got my first true positive ovulation test since getting my ring. 1.08 on pregmate app.

I think I’m ready for my breastfeeding journey to come to an end.
Please give me all the tips, tricks, advice for weaning my little one. She is now one whole year old! We did it! I never thought I would make it this far, but I did. I’m very proud of myself and my daughter. She has been EBF her entire life. No pumping, no bottles, no pacifiers, NOTHING! Just her and I. She is eating whatever I eat now (solids) and nurses mostly to nap/sleep. (Around 3 times per day, and 2 times through night)
I know this varies individually, but can I get some input on how this may or may not go for us???

When did I ovulate??
Had VERY intense right ovary pain/pulling in the morning 5/31.
Had intercourse 5/31 in the evening.
(I did not LH test days bc I was taking a break from testing for my mental health)
I am EBF 1 year postpartum have not had a period yet. I am new to temping/charting.
I had intercourse on 5/31…. My question is, did I ovulate by the looks of this chart? And we only had intercourse once on 5/31. Is there any chance I could have gotten pregnant.
Any help or advice is appreciated, I have no idea what I’m doing with BBT. I just started it.

I am 11 months postpartum. I am looking into getting Natural Cycles. I am wondering that since I am EBF and have not had a period— would it be worth getting Natural Cycles now or should I wait until I do get a period?
I should add that we are TTC again, and it’s kind of hard knowing where I’m at right now with no period. I have been taking LH tests regularly for a couple months now (to prepare for TTC).
We had several years of infertility prior to our daughter being born (5+ years, several rounds of letrozole, clomid, and 5 IUIs).
We finally got pregnant naturally just before our 6th IUI!
TLDR Should I get natural cycles now or wait for my period?
