I like the challenge as a saggitarius but if someone repeatedly misbehave or speak ill of me, shouts at me I go silent after initial confrontation.

Is it normal and similar with others or is it just me?

I am early december saggi.

And Since we go silent some people think that we are at fault hence not gossiping or sharing with anyone though other person is busy creating bad image about us . What are your thoughts on this perception of people about us dealing a conflict situation?

Do any Saggitarius feel not getting what they deserve whether it is office raise, promotion or love in personal life?

RSUs can be sold after resignation or vested RSU also get forfeited if someone resigns or laid off ?

Is there a lock-in to sell RSU?

Heard Germany impacted today morning with 9 am email. Lots of senior folks are part of this RIF.

Most of them are folks 55+ yrs age and long timers in Oracle

Interesting to just know that OCI leadership is discussion and working on promotions while there is so much chaos across all DB org.

I have been thinking to go to thailand since long time but confused about when is best time to travel and if it is safe for solo female from India.

Is July a good time to visit Phuket, Krabi and Phi Phi island? I was researching on weather .. some say it is too rainy while others say it rains for an hour and so but manageable.

Should I go ahead or postpone it to Nov/Dec ?

Year end reviews are due in next 10 days and Management seems to be preparing who all to sack in next round of RIF .

For every small miss , there is a long email ..
They are asking to use AI assist to fill Self evaluation. How funny? How does reviews matter when company doesn't give a single penny in last 4 years, no motivation, only humiliation..

Do not understand what sadistic pleasure these so called insecure leaders get by creating extreme mental stress , favouritism, racism, humiliating environment in the team

Hello Travelers,

I have got my US visa and planning my first USA trip as a solo female traveler. My plan is to have atleast 15-20 days travel .

I was planning during nov end till mid dec but on research found this might mot be good time as my plan was to start from New york--> Washington DC--> Miami and then to Las vegas followed by back to Delhi , India.

I am confused - should I prepone the plan to September or push it further to May.

I love to visit parks and natural scenary more than historic places. Also I plan to stay in hostels and use public transport as much as possible.

Is it difficult to commute in US harsh winters? I prefer to travel light if possible so will nov be cold across all regions? please help ..

I am working more on itinerary but anxious considering this as first solo US trip ?

It took me almost 18 years to forget my ex and every friendship once broken, I am unable to get over it. Keep trying to connect and hope someone will come back some day but it is too damn lonely out here..

Anyone experienced delays in Police verification stage for Passport renewal in Gurgaon ,India?

It is so irritating to wait for police verification with NO address change and a simple renewal. It has been a week waiting with no updates.

This is my 4th passport and never before when I changed addresses wait has been for so long.

Do not understand whether we are improving our processes or just creating another chaotic world?

Gurgaon folks- how long did it took you to receive passport renewal? Any suggestions to expedite?

Some big change or another round of layoffs coming in next 4 days. Today, Director said there are lot of surprises coming in next 4 days. Back-end updates for RIF employees and reorg with new leadership is yet to happen.
